Great picture. Easy setup. Had a few months batteries going strong.

Arlo is easy to use and links well with any phone. I wish they moved around.

This system is not cumbersome and complicated like most other security systems. There are no wires and the cameras run on Lithium Batteries (4per camera). So far I have zero issues and haven't had to recharge or change batteries. The image library is saved to a cloud and the service is free as long as you do not exceed I believe 5 cameras. Feel safe and secure.

the only thing when you buy a refurbished product you have to buy an extended warranty with it

Two cameras are working fine. looks like I will need to exchange one of then as the video is purple. The night vision is ok. All three cameras do not work very well when it is dark. I will try to return the bad one to the store even tho it was purchased on line.

Was a little dubious about a refurbished product but seems to be functioning correctly. I had a set of four of the cameras but needed one more, so I ordered the refurbished. There were no new cameras of this brand left. Happy with the product.

I love that is universal and connects with my other cameras i have around the house.. great item and i will be buying more

Camera picture was great however it was horrible for surveillance. I watched mail carrier come up to the door and walk away long before system sent me alert. Long after he'd come and gone! It did NOT capture him approaching nor walking away. Defeats purpose I don't need camera to alert that someone or thing was there I need it to record actual. I do NOT recommend at all waste of time and money I returned!

Not a good surveillance system. The cameras will not record when detecting motion only alert you. You have to log into the system and manually record when it's too late. I have lost thousands of dollars to people stealing from me and the cameras caught nothing. I would rate this a zero if possible

Great camera, not as good as the Arlo Pro ones, but still good.

Easy to install but batteries dony last too long..

I currently own a Arlo 4 camera system and wanted to add 1 additional camera I purchased this camera for a reasonable price and it works well with my system. I must add that I bought my system from Best Buy it was before they came out with all the new models

I've tried several other home surveillance solutions and you really can't beat Arlo at the current time. Netgear offers an an incredible value without cutting any corners. I wouldn't hesitate sending this to my grandmother because the setup is honestly that easy. Great product!

I hesitated on buying refurbished, but it turned out just great and for a great and reasonable price. The Bay Station and cameras are a simple setup and sync. Up and running within a couple of hours (depending on where you choose to set the camera). Easy as can be.

I bought this to add on to my Arlo pro. It connect easily and delay is not bad. Overall Netgear put the cart before the horse as far as the pro Arlo. After buying the pro we still cannot get the charging station and Arlo refuses to give date of availability.

Great system, batteries are a bit expensive to replace.
