Great compatibility with the ARLO Pro series but does not have sound or speaker and is regalia to on batteries as opposed to recharable batteries. Great if you can find for the right application and refurbished. Also 720 not 1080 definition.

I purchased this as an add on to an arlo pro system. The price was good but the quality compared to the arlo pro camera is at best mediocre. Spend the extra money on the pro series camera. Night vision is also sub par .

Got this camera to cover a final area around the building I manage. This works as well as the brand new items. Would recommend that people buy these seeing as there not any different then a brand new camera.

Added this camera to replace a failed (red picture) camera. This refurbished one is nice on the outside but has a green vertical streak down the left third of the picture.....not a big deal, but not correctly refurbished. Good system overall

It is great to know what is or is not going on in my house.

Only downside is at night it doesn’t show outside my window. Could be the reflection or not. So I moved it from this location, so it could continue to work to it’s outstanding capacity.

I added more cameras so I can see more of my home.

I already owned one camera for this Arlo gen 1 system and I felt it was high time to get some more. I pondered on a new unit, but getting this the refurbs saved me some green and they work great. I have all the major angles of my home covered and some piece of mind.

I have one camer that has lost color. One camera that senses no movement (car in the driveway and I pull out it bows not register. Pull in does not register.). One camera is too sensitive which kills your batteries super fast. Overall if you want a camera to look at areas but that is not reliable for seeing actual movement and monitoring then this is your camera. I will be buying a different system as this one is absolutely worthless

Would buy again I have five outside on my property can look it the cameras on iPhone or iPad or computer

Purchased one previously, that would not connect to base station. This one from Best Buy works great and connected t base station first try. Thank you Best Buy!

For an early model it works ok. Battery life is horrible. Did I mention it was horrible. Well it is. Plan on spending a hundreds of dollars a year on batteries if you have this in a location with activity. We switched to rechargeable batteries. It works just fine with rechargeables . Buy the new models with sound and comms option.

Looked at many reviews from other Best Buy customers all of which were positive. System was very easy to set up and up to this point everything is operating great. A plus system for me.

I was hesitant in purchasing this camera as some reviews listed problems with it but after having it for 5 months I can say that it is a great camera.

This ARLO system is so easy to set up and use. We use it for outdoor security. The motion detection feature works great. I now have 4 cameras in my system

This is my first security camera system. I didn't know what to expect with refurbished system. It's exceeded all my expectations. And excellent prices.

I had 3 others and wanted to cover another part of my house so decided to try the refurbished. Works like others. Since on Wifi not as good as hardwired but no option for me. App works great.

This camera was very easy to setup. Can be moved to any location with-in reach of the network, can be turned on / off anytime. Great setup.

I wish this product is a two way audio camera since the app has that option. Should not view your camera too often to save the batteries.

First, I bought the refurbished option. It shipped fast and everything was in new conditions. It even shipped with batteries. As for the Arlo itself, it has limited capabilities. The "up to 25 ft" motion sensing is closer to 5 ft than 25. It recommends mounting 7 feet high and pointing slightly down, but if you think about that, it limits where you can put it. These cameras are great for little city lots or in the house, but if you want them around your property, you are going to find it difficult to get them to trigger. Battery life is terrible on these, even with the image quality dialed back. They take expensive camera batteries. If you try any off-brand or rechargeable, it voids your warranty.
