I hadn't seen this movie since I saw it in the theaters as a child. I really enjoyed it then which is why I purchased it. If you are willing to suspend disbelief on the plot the movie is a great movie. The acting performances are good, great special effects, and a great sound track.

With all the "earth is gonna be destroyed" movies available, this has got to be the BEST of them all! Stellar cast, great comedy and dry humor mixed with some near believable ruff and tumble! Excellent soundtrack, This is a movie to add to everybody's permanent vid library!

Great film and cast. A giant asteroid threatens to hit earth and a bunch of unlikely characters are sent up in space to save the earth. Stars Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck. Recommend this film.

There is truly something for everyone in this film. Comedy,drama,romance, sci-fi,action and the horror of seeing Michael Clark Duncan in leopard print briefs. Lol! Add the lovely Liv Tyler and a killer song from her dad and you have a can't miss combination for success. Break out the popcorn, kick back and enjoy

A Must-Have for your DVD collection. Great adventure full of laughs and excitement. One of my favorite Jerry Bruckheimer movies. It's fun to watch to catch what you missed the first time.

This movie is a classic by all standards. The cast lead by Bruce Willis is great, the f/x still hold up today, and it is such a great mix of genres. Next to the Bad Boys films, and The Rock, this is right up there with one of Michael Bay's best.

I've seen this movie before, but the Blu Ray version really pops! The colors, sharpness and details look great. I wish they'd come out with a Director's cut in Blu Ray.

'Armageddon'... What to say. It is really a great movie. It's got emotional depth. It's got tension. And it's "theme" song is by Aerosmith. What is there not to like? The cast for the movie was spot on. Bruce Willis, Ben Affleck and Liv Tyler were absolutely great. You really can't ask much more of a movie.

We’ve never owned this movie but have watched it many times. When Best Buy put it on sale we decided it was time to get our own copy.

This movie is an oldy but a goody. Great great cast. The story is exciting and the special effects (even for this "older" movie) are still really good. Just plain fun, good entertainment.

My wife likes to cry in movies, this accomplishes that! But for real, she really wanted this and I got it for her for Christmas.
