Open box washer did not work

They are trying to move us to the front of the line instead of waiting until the 30th of January. Hopefully, things will work out. We have purchased a brand new washer instead of an open box. It just did not work. The washer had to be returned because it failed to work. They will also obtain that washer with the new being installed. I believe everything will work out just fine.
