I waited for so many years for a new Armored Core and this one was worth the wait. It felt like just how I remembered the ones on the PS2 being. I wasn’t a fan of the AC games after the PS2 generation because they just felt off but this one definitely brought back some old feelings towards this beloved franchise and I highly recommend especially is you like mech style combat that has a decent challenge.

Reminds me of the old games, tons of fun and great customization. Glad I bought on release daye!

Great game. With its fast pace action gameplay, detail customization for your personal machine, and wonderful storytelling that From Software is known for, this game is a culmination of everything From Software has achieved to this point and still somehow feels fresh and new. A game for both returning fans of the Armored Core series, From Software fans, and even those trying a From Software game for the first time.

Love it. It’s different from what people know about FromSoftware.

Really fun mecha game. Fun to customize your mechs. The combat is p challenging but not as bad as the other souls likes.

Have to give it a try if tou love modding and trying out mec builds. Its not hard once you learn a little. The game plays different than most games out there. With learning the mission and finding what mec works. Yes you can build anytbing but that does require your skill level to do it. Be prepared to fight a boss a couple of times. Every boss can be beating with gatlin guns and the needler. Have fun and enjoy!

Worth diving into, esp if you wanna customize your mechs and take on a challenge

Great game! A learning curve to be sure but it's from the makers of Dark Souls so a challenge is to be expected and appreciated. Cool mechs, cool customization, lots of fun!! Give it a shot.

If you love Fromsoft games and love fast action games, this is the kne for you! The best part is you can replay this game multiple times.

Great action. Best mech game in awhile. Fast paced action.

Plays great. Looks great. Plenty of parts to customize your mech and playstyle. From Software continues to be masters of their craft. Important: it does not play the ways Dark Souls or Elden Ring do, their signature difficulty is not absent, but expecting another soulslike experience may result in disappointment.

A return to Amored Core is what I've wanted for a while. Game scratches that itch. While it's difficult (old ones were too), it's not as difficult as a Souls game. The different weapons and combinations of are half the fun. If the loadout isn't ideal for the mission, failure awaits. Only detractor for mine is during shipping, somewhere in the pipeline, the game case was damaged. The disk is fine but the case is pretty beat up. Not sure if it left Best Buy that way or if the shipper is to blame. Not a huge deal but it sure looks bad on the the shelf.

If you like mechs in general with a very high quality customization system then this game is for you. Besides the varying missions and story lines I was able to make my own versions of the coolest mechs out there. Ranging from Gundam 00+Raiser all the way to Team Satomi IGPX Forward.

This is Fromsoft taking a different turn in their library. Very skill based, not the most narrative driven game but you will enjoy it like any other of their masterpieces. Mission based with lots of customization and not a lot of dialogue involved

Good action mech game. It can be hard at time had many retrys in some bosses, a lot if customization.

Amazing game, it has elements of the other souls games but with mechs. If your a fan of the dark souls/ demon’s souls games you will see similarities like difficulty and strategy. But they are definitely different games but overall a great experience.

The graphics are superb, and the action is great. But as usual they made it more difficult than the ones on the previous systems. Should really be called hard core. If you like a challenge, this is the game for you

The gameplay is enjoyable. Feels like an older style of game since it's set on rails and there's not a whole lot of room for exploration, but the gameplay is fresh and enjoyable and so are the customization options for your armored core.
