Beautiful steelbook, great looking 4K and just a groovy time! It’s definitely a lot more tamed than the first 2 Evil Dead movies but it is still so much fun!

The upscale to 4k looks pretty great, with super cool artwork on the steelbook.

I am beyond stoked that this was released! I had just finished watching the Evil Dead trilogy when this was announced. The artwork on the cover is striking, and all of the included discs (4 in total) make this a groovy addition to anyones collection. I’m excited to see the 4K transfer, but I already can’t recommend this enough!

An awesome steelbook great for any movie collection!

Army of Darkness was my first Raimi movie and has since always been in my top 5 of his films. Outside of my old dvd copy I have only watched this streaming but just got into physical 4k media and I am blown away by the quality of this release. The new transfer they did looks fantasic- there is now so much more detail brought to life in every scene. Bonus to include multiple other cuts and bonus features on the included standard Blu-ray discs. I can't imagine having a reason to upgrade from this set so I'll be enjoying this for a long time. Also- the steel book presentation and artwork are a very nice cherry on top.

Flawless steelbook release. The HD transfer looks awesome and the steelbook packaging is very nice. Honestly, I wish more 4k releases were packaged this well. There was clearly thought and effort put into in the look and feel of this release and its nice to have a steelbook that will preserve the movie over time and simply looks cool and feels special. It seems like an obvious thing that collectors want quality packaging on special edition releases, but often times it seems we don't get with newer 4k releases. This steelbook is the example I feel others should follow! It also goes well with my evil dead boxset (which rules too). Stoked to have this for my collection!

Ive never seen this movie look or sound this amazing! One of my all time favorites growing up, love the evil dead franchise and shout factory went all out on this steal book! They even gave us 3 different versions of the movie with all alternate cuts for (theaters, home media, and tv) looks great on the shelf and art work on the steelbook really puts the cherry on top. Dont sleep on this before its gone!

What can I say? It's a classic movie in 4k! The only thing I don't like, and it's with all 4k movies, is the extras are not on the same disc. If I want to watch behind the scenes I need to put in the Blu-ray and watch it in lesser quality. Otherwise, gimme some sugar baby!

I love Evil Dead and Army of Darkness, this is a great disc set and the steelbook is one of the best ones I’ve seen. My only complaint is that the director’s cut is on Blu-Ray disc and not a 4K disc. Otherwise, this is fantastic and a great price, especially if youre an Evil Dead fan!

I love the Evil Dead franchise, and Army of Darkness is one of the best showcases for Bruce Campbell’s wacky sense of humor and physicality. More of a comedy-horror than a horror-comedy but still a great a great entry is an amazing franchise.

Absolute classic! Holds up well, especially the opening act lol SO GOOD. "This is my BOOMSTICK!" All the extras were great. I appreciated the alternate endings and believe they picked the best one for theatrical release.

-Sam Remi and Bruce Campbell, who can ask for more. Ask why these two are legends, watch this movie as the beginning of their careers. Only thing missing is a digital copy of the movie included with this Steel Book. Otherwise, a great buy.
