Only complaint is I wish the armrests were higher.

Very comfortable, not hard to put together! you can sit in it for long periods of time , great support and comfort.

Comfortable chair, but noisy when getting on and off. Lubricating hinge helps for a couple of days.

This chair is a bit firm but man it's a dream compared to what I was using and the high back is wonderful

Ordered the chair, opened the box. No hardware. Lovely. Contacted customer service, they sent me a package of hardware for my chair, that was actually awesomely done on their point. Still took 4 more days before I could even put the chair together. Now less than 6 months after getting the chair up and running the seat is so off-level that you can't sit in it for long periods of time without significant back pain. Do NOT buy this chair, it looks good but it's not terribly comfortable when it's working right and is actively painful when it's doing its new normal.

So this is getting a 4 because it is a pain to put together. If you can buy it already put together I would highly recommend that. My title about the tilt lock is to hopefully help someone with an issue that I had. I put the chair together (what a pain) and it looked really nice. Super big, lots of padding especially on the arm rests, hydraulics working perfectly and then NO TILT. Turned the knob every which way and no tilt! I jumped on the internet, searched the web, the manufacturer site, youtube etc.. and no answer. I stumbled onto a tech forum and THE LOCK. There is a locking mechanism for the tilt and while putting it together I must have locked it. Unlocked and working great now. I have never had a chair where there is a lock for the tilt. So if your chair won't tilt make sure it isn't locked. The lock is on the pneumatic lever. LOL Really nice chair for bigger people. It would swallow a child.

Feels like a good purchases, you get the desired "gaming chair" aesthetic without paying the usual hefty price. Padding is great, comfortable and supportive and the cover material feels soft and durable. Assembly is as expected if you're ever put together an office chair before.
