Got this chair from Best Buy on Sale. Very comfortable and multitudes of adjustments. You can nearly lay down if you wish. Arm rests 4d adjustments and comfortable. I put a little spray grease on the wheels and now they are so eaasy and smooth moving. Arozzi customer support is superb. One plastic hinge plate was damaged during shipping and they responded immediately having a new one shipped within days. For the price you can't beat it. Check the prices of a steelcase Leap v2. I'm happy :)

Bought this chair about a week ago, and I am very happy with it so far. I have never bought a chair online before, as I usually would want to actually sit in it before buying it, but I know Best Buy has a pretty easy return process if I didn't like it, so I wasn't too worried. The quality of the fabric on the chair is actually really good. It's soft and comfortable, but I can imagine it would be a pretty big sweat magnet if you sweat a lot. I went with fabric over PU leather because I hate sitting down in a chair in the winter and having a cold butt, back, and arms. I think this chair will be great in the winter! On top of the really good fabric, the stitching is also quite good. It's consistent across the entire chair, and none of the stitches are loose. The gold color looks very clean, and I think this is one of the best looking "gaming" chairs I have seen. I really hate the look of most gaming chairs, but I think this chair has a pretty stealthy design, and can totally pass as just an office chair. Maybe not with the blue or red color, but with the gold one definitely. I really only have 1 complain about this chair, and that is the head pillow. For me, it is not a head pillow. It's more like an upper back to lower neck pillow. It's not a huge concern for me anyways, since I don't touch my the back of my head to my chair anyways, but it's something to keep in mind if you do. The quality of both of the pillows, however, are pretty good. I do actually use the lumbar pillow, and it is very comfortable. It's firm enough that it will keep its shape over time, but not too firm that it will hurt after sitting down for a while. The head pillow has a softer foam on the inside, and is a bit more malleable than the lumbar pillow. The size of the chair is nice. The main cushion is big enough to fit most guys or gals. I'm a 6'4, 270 pound dude, and it fits me great. The back of the chair is also pretty high, so I think the head pillow will work well with people up to 6' or 6'1. Assembly was easy. I put it together myself in about 20 minutes. All the tools are included. I would highly recommend having a second person to help you lift the chair part on to the wheel base, though, as it is quite heavy for 1 person when fully assembled. Speaking of wheels, they roll around really well. No rattle or anything, smooth sailing all the way. Super quiet for hard wood floor! Overall I believe this was a really good purchase. I can wholeheartedly recommend this chair.

The attention to detail amazed me. There are only 8 bolts, and they are pre-installed where they need to go. The bolts have thread locker on them, so they dont rattle out and damage the chair during shipping. There's one tool that's needed, and that is wrapped in white gloves and placed inside a resealable bag. This also prevents damage to the product. Instead of glueing the fabric on, it uses removable fasteners, so if you would like to reupholster the chair, you don't damage the foam or chair removing the old fabric. As someone who designs space hardware and must think about human factors, I was extremely excited to be a customer of a company who integrated quality and simplicity over "cheapest" bad practices I've witnessed in other products. I'm honestly amazed this is my first office chair that came with thread locker on the bolts. Arozzi also mentions to check/tighten the bolts every 6 months. This is not something I have seen recommended in any furniture manual (I have read them all furniture I have assembled), but is something I do myself. I prefer cold molded foam for my cushioned chairs. It typically holds up and doesn't "go flat" for years. This is perfect for me. I've already done multiple 8-12 hour sessions with my bum never going numb or getting uncomfortable. (I do get up every 2-3 hours to water and de-water). I much prefer woven cloth fabric over leather/bonded leather/synthetic leather as those are so high maintenance. The functions of the chair are intuitive. I love being able to rock, and I also love to be able to recline. I had to loosen the tension spring in order to rock. Once I got that set, I was set. I found this chair 2 years ago as a Best Buy deal of the day. I didnt really have the funds at the time to purchase, but I also wanted to look into Arozzi to find which chair would be perfect for me. I spent 2 years looking at other brands, but the fabric+cold molded foam was hard to find. Now, my only issue is that I now have to bargain with my cats to share the chair with me (and not keep it for themselves). They hated my last one, unless there was a fluffy blanket in it. This one, they don't seem to desire a blanket.

Definitely a comfy chair! Here's my thoughts: - The cloth and stitching is top notch! It has a great look. - Pillows are nice and adjust for your liking. - The foam density is firm but not too hard like some of the other Arozzi chairs (I tried out a few in person before I purchased. See their website for detailed specs). - The arm rests are nice too and have 4D movement. - The base is lightweight metal and the chair rocks with a locking tilt feature. - The recline works great but if you don't pull the lever all the way up before you try and recline, it makes a loud pop. It doesn't seem to hurt it, but I make sure to pull it all the way - The casters look cool but are plastic. I'm sure they would have been fine but I purchased a set of Lifelong casters and they've been working out great - Assembly took about 20 minutes but I'm very handy. Those who don't build things often may want a friend to help. There are debates about whether or not gaming chairs are 'worth it' and some would recommend you buy a nice office chair. My take? Do your research before buying. I look at dozens of chairs before deciding that this one was right for me.

There is not a lot of information on this chair online but it is incredibly comfortable. Definitely worth the money if you can catch it on sale like I did. I work and game in this chair multiple hours a day. 6' tall 230lbs and it can feel a bit narrow at times but overall it is a good fit. Very high quality parts and attention to detail.

It is easy to assemble and is very comfortable. It's not plush but is solid, and the seat cushion does not soften after long periods of sitting so unlike other chairs, it never feels like you're sitting on a board after an hour. The build quality is solid. Only the armrests are a little wobbly.

VERY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! Might need extra screws though but really good quality chair!

I was not so sure about it being so straight, but this is the best office chair I've ever owned. The neck pillow is useless, took it off the first day. Tons of adjustment options make this chair so great. Though I do no gaming, this is the perfect office chair for me, sitting 6-8 hours a day in it for months and it still feels like new. To be fair, I did wait until it was on a big sale to purchase, but completely worth the money.

Very solid feeling chair and I really love it! Still giving 5 stars. But my one complaint is that, when putting it together and placing the lever mount part to the bottom of the seat, the one hole was misaligned and I had to force the bolt in. I got it, but I hope others don’t experience that predicament. Besides that it’s very comfy and solid feeling.

Great comfort for long hours of work my back had great support I would recommend if you have back problems

I previously had a leather gaming chair which wasnt too bad but I needed something more that wouldn’t make me sweat. Something that would feel just as nice and if not better! This chair was very simple to install, and once completed. The chair was super comfy and the elbow rest feel very nice too. I would buy another one but I’m fine with 2 chairs hehe

I purchased this for my gamer son for Christmas. Prior to giving it to him, I used the chair for my sewing. I am beyond impressed! This chair is incredibly comfortable, and the lumbar support has completely spoiled me. It scoots smoothly across our tiled floor. The seat cushion is also very comfortable. I cannot imagine a better chair! I will likely be purchasing a second one for my own use.

High quality material. Easy to assemble. the extra pillows are the key to it being perfect.

The quality feels great. Only thing is... There is play on the seat. Wiggle room. Very slight, but becoming very annoying. Ever sit in a wobblily chair? Ever wonder how it got that way? I hope i am not finding out.

This is the best chair I had in my experience. I work from home and my shift is for 12 hours so I was looking for comfort in a great chair since I also do a lot of gaming. Made the decision to buy this chair and I don’t regret ir at all.

First of all it isn't the colors that I ordered. Second, None of the stitching is centered or uniform! I'm tired of returning things because of poor quality control. This chair could be very nice but the more I look at it the more crooked it looks! The review that raved about "attention to detail" was my motivation to buy it. Also, the armrests are very loose or wobbly. How did I even get a color combo that you don't even offer!

The look and feel of this chair is great. The assembly was straight forward and only took 15-20 minutes. Some of the plastic pieces are a little on the flimsy side but don't cause any down side to the chair function.
