Assembly: Easy to put together and instructions are simple to follow. I had an issue with one of the wheels and reached out to Arozzi directly and their customer support is fantastic. Use: I use this as regular office chair. The seat and cushions are pretty firm, but still comfortable. It's not a chair you're going to sink into and struggle to get out of. Everything adjusts in so many different directions that you'll be easily able to find the settings that provide you the most comfort.

Had and been using every day for over a month now. Very happy with this chair. Seems reasonably well made. Take your time during the assembly though. The instructions require some patience. No words... only pictures.

This is a very nice chair for a bigger person. I'm 6'4", 225ish, and this chair can adjust height to actually fit a tall person. Fully adjustable seat and backrest angles accommodate all ergonomic needs. I have frequent lower back pains, and this chair has pretty much solved those. My only ding on this chair is that the padding in the seat is a bit on the firm side. Not an annoyance, but it motivates me to get up and walk around every so often. Even so, I've already informed my office that they'll be purchasing one of these when we return from shut down. I'm not even going to look at my old office chair when I get back.

Many adjustable features. Arm rests raise/lower, swivel, and can slide forward/back. Back reclines and entire chair adjustable in height. I'm 5'7" and it's very comfortable for sitting at my desk 10+ hours a day.
