i was skeptical on spending so much for a chair but was immediately impressed by how sturdy and comfortable it was

Very comfortable. Although squeaks a little bit and I don’t know why, but is still good.

This chair is outstanding. My son loves it and would live it in if he could. He uses it for his gaming and his desk to complete his school work. Visually, the chair is stunning, with a beautiful red/black color scheme

Ordered the chair because another model had an issue with a screw not fitting into the screwbed. The chair was scheduled for delivery on a Wednesday, tracking showed that it took two days to go six miles and it was two days late (and the box looked very beaten up, but there did not appear to be any large holes in the box). When I went to assemble the chair, there was no hardware pack (screws, washers and wrench). I emailed customer support immediately (albeit on a Saturday) and have not heard back (as of Monday morning).

Very nice design comfortable and exactly what you expect to get for spending this price on a gaming chair

Easy enough to put together but for the money I didn't feel like the comfort was there. It's a good addition if you're looking for something to complete your "game room" but if it's THE seat you use, 4-8 hours a day I just couldn't recommend it. Another big drawback is the indented arm-rests. I like to rest my arms on them when I have a controller and found they dug into my arms. It is nice if you're using a keyboard though.

My high schooler wanted a gaming chair, this was his choice. So far it’s held up very well. Let’s just say my son isn’t the most gentle person with his gaming furniture. Hasn’t complained about being uncomfortable during long sessions and the surface is easy to clean. May have to pick up a second one

This is a good chair if your spending most time in it upright but not if you want to lean back.

Pretty easy to put together. Very comfortable to sit in for those long gaming sessions.

I bought this chair as a gift for my husband. Upon opening the package, we noticed a broken piece, but did not really need the piece in order for the chair to work properly. When we sat in it we realized how uncomfortable it truly was. Having paid what I did, we thought it would be a lot more comfortable!
