This cable modem has been great. It was easy to setup and works well with TWC. The only thing I wish was better was the range. I have a 2 story house and wifi upstairs is a bit weak. Overall, good modem.

Comcast visited my home, reviewed my hardware and suggested I replace modem & router with a gateway product. Best Buy recommended the Arris and I purchased it and found that it runs faster and is much more dependable than what it replaced

I have always purchased my modems/routers from BestBuy. The ARRIS router/modem with Wi-Fi is really good. Works all the time and does not need any attending to. Really fast with downloads. Thanks BestBuy for another great product.

of all routers I have see out there for comcast xfinity cable, this was by far the best I think. Good and robust. Still working . Great features and easy to configure UI for security features.

The ARRIS - SURFboard AC1900 easy setup instructions were just that. Easy. And after giving my network provider the necessary information I was up and running in no time.

The Arris modem was easy to set up and worked well. Unfortunately, my internet provider Comcast jerked me around on the cost of their service and so I was forced to cancel their service and so will likely be returning this product.

The ARRIS Modem with Router is the one! Works with Comcast, covers my big house and office. Very nice features and definitely would buy again!

Love this modem.. I have three xbox one and a xbox 360 and it did not have a problem playing online all at once.. also love the fact I was able to stream aswell on my computer without any lagging.

Compare with my old router, this one is much more stable. The speed is good. I split my connections to both 2.4G and 5G. Sometimes the signal strength is low depending on where you are in the house, but the speed is still acceptable.

When it works, it super. However, sometimes wifi just hangs. Called customer support and they are claiming that internet company should come in and to get the upstream power levels to below 48. Company coming on Monday so we shall see if that solves it.

I bought this Gateway to avoid paying for my cable provider's rental fees. Not only is it saving me money on my monthly bill but I have to admit it works much better than the one that was originally provided to me by my cable provider.

Has boosted my home internet to well over 200mbps, wired or not, it's amazing. We run a PS4, 2 personal computers, 2 personal phones, 2 home tvs and a work computer and haven't even seen a millisecond of lag on any device

Easy set up as replacement for old n modem/router. Only one call to cable company to give them the numbers they needed. Signal much stronger then old modem, and fewer service interruptions. Also retired my range extender.

I did not want to pay cox cable $12 per month and the cox representative suggested the ARRIS brand. I bought it with hopes that it would go through the concrete walls of my home. I get at least 70 Mbps in every room.

The Arris has performed better that I expected. The speed has been much faster than our previous NetGear without any dead zones in upstairs portion of the house. After 2 months I am please with the operation of the modem and wifi.

You store personnel gave me good advice to purchase this product.

We were honestly surprised how much of a difference this modem has provided us with. We upgraded from one of their smaller models. We have 100mps internet. +4 items using it at the same time with no lag.
