The device is simple to setup and use. Of course, one still has to deal with their cable company to get the modem to work. :-)

The SBG6900-AC performance wise gives fast downloads, great wireless signal coverage. The main issue encountered was that my cable provider uses the same type of modems and somehow their system would send reset commands to reset the modem/router to the default settings so they could manage the wireless...which I am very capable of doing myself. Ended up switching to the Arris SB6190 (similar performance) and using an external router. Overall: it's a good modem and excellent down/upload speeds.

Arris surfboard router modem combo works great. Currently this is located In the basement. We have no issues with our connections to any of devices.

It is a good router, it has 2 bands for wifi. One is a bigger area but slower and the other is the boxeto the versa

Bought this to replace my old one, haven't had any issue yet. Strong signal through out my whole apartment with multiple consoles and laptops running.

I bought this in hopes to get rid of the rental fees from the cable company. It's working good so far. I use wifi through walls down in the basement across the house from this thing and stream sling tv no problem. I'd give it 5* but trying to set up an account online now has me all messed up. The default user name and password no longer works. And the new one I set up doesn't either. So I can't change the Wi-Fi password like I wanted. But other than that pretty good

I was using my internet providers modem before and this is so much better. I even moved my office downstairs and I still have great internet speed.

Stop paying rental fee to IP the Exactly what I wanted but didn't know it, my conversation with a "Blue Shirt" taught me a lot and solved my issues.

Works great, easy to use and works with TWC. Much happier I purchased this than renting one and paying a monthly fee.

Tried another brand that was defective and a Best Buy associate recommended ARRIS. It's easy to set up and works great after a month of use.

Very fast seeds throughout my home (approx 2000 sq ft) online gaming speeds are great!! Highly recommend!

Finally got rid of my timewarner modem and got my own. Thanks to the Best Buy and time warner rep I'm enjoying great wifi at a much lower price!

After getting tired of paying Comcast rent for their router and doing some research online, this router combo was chosen to replace the Cpmcast rental unit. It provides all the features but the VOIP telephone port. Its WiFi is better since it has AC compared to N with the Comcast unit. It is easily customized and configured. The only negative is that when the firewall is set to medium it really slows down the connection speed. Overall, its a very good modem/router combo.

install and setup was easy but messed around in the advanced settings and ran into some trouble so i switched it back to default and works great

The Arris Surfboard has proven to be a success. I am able to receive my WiFi anywhere in the house and I appreciate the compactness of the unit.

I took the suggestion from the Best Buy rep on this one. Although I have a small apartment, it has performed great. No problems, very easy install.

Great modem. Does everything I needed it for. Easy to install & get my internet, wi-Fi, and Bluetooth going strong. I would definitely recommend it.

Thia router gets me wifi throughout my whole house. set up was very easy. Will deff. recomend this to any one looking for a modem/ router

My last one didn't work as well and it was hassle free to return. It's a great router/modem

Had to get this unit in order to upgrade network in our home. Wanted a unit that would cover a large enough area. This one works great.
