This is great Arris router. It works great at my house and it helps us get connections with our TV’s and phones.

Good product. Need more power to reach other products to get wifi. Now I'm able get wifi all over the house.

When looking for a wireless router, always get the two in one router. Always get the geek squad protection too.

Fantastic modem/router. Currently running 2 Xbox One consoles, 3 smart phones, and one tablet just using wifi and experiencing no lag.

The Modem-Router work great but sometimes I loose signal. I am not sure if is the Router or the line from Comcast.

Upgraded to Arris after my netgear died. I'm seeing significantly faster speeds on download and great broadcast strength. Great product!

We purchased this instead of renting it from Time Warner. It will pay for itself in about a year and a half.

Haven't had a single issue so far. Handles multiple devices just fine. Much better than the outdated boxes that Comcast charges you to use.

Device had good speed with cable provider. However WiFi coverage was very week on both 2.4Ghz and 5.0 Ghz. Live in a small apartment and could not connect from back bed room. Worse coverage I have ever seen from any Wifi Access point / router. I returned the device and went back to my old equipment.

This works great. I really like having 2 WiFi connections. If you have a family on WiFi if it gets slow just switch to the other WiFi band

Like the 5g portion of this router/modem, but it's hard to get firewall to work right with my cable setup.

It's worth the money. I had all kinds of problems with slow internet and connections until I got this. I'm using it with Comcast.

It works fine with my service provider, I just wish It was a little more powerful in sending the signal out.

Previous UBEE died. UBEE was nothing but trouble. Replaced it with this ARRIS and Wi-Fi seems much better.

I have gotten great connection with this device. I have an 1800 sq ft house and it connects great on every device in each room.

The router does what it says. It's a great value and it has a decent amount of available customization.
