I’ve had no issues with my internet (aside from a power outage) I download a lot every week day for work and it’s worked like a charm. It saves space to have a modem and router all in one. I’m glad the Best Buy associate I spoke to recommended this to me and would recommend this product to others.

I like the look of this item it seems to be working fine however sometimes we seem to loose the connection. We are not sure if the issue is the modem or wifi supplier. I would purchase it again.

I was thrilled to return the two Xfinity TV boxes and router I’d been renting for years and had most certainly paid for a million times over. XFINITY’s last price increase included an increase on all that old equipment - that was persuasive enough for me. Wish I’d known about this option sooner.

The set up was pretty easy. What I don't like is that we get kicked off the wifi a lot and takes a long time to reconnect.

Great to have associates who have an extensive working knowledge of computers. You get your moneys worth with Best Buy membership plan.

I purchased this modem router combo to replace a 7 year old system. Setup was easy using the app which allowed me to connect with Cox directly to complete. Connecting devices was simple. Those are the pros of this device. As soon as I started using a computer I could tell the internet was slower in responding than my old system which downloaded at less than half the speed this one does. I did a speed test on this one and it downloaded around 500 MPS which is what my internet plan delivers. But somehow my old system operated faster while only downloading 175 MPS. During the next 2 weeks I had to reboot it twice due to a loss in internet service. There would also be short periods of time when there would be no service. This happened several times. My Ring alarm system would also lose connection once a day. I finally returned it and bought the same brand as my previous system and, so far, it works much better than this Arris model. I would not recommend this Arris model.

I purchased Arris G34 to replace my more expensive Motorola modem (junk). It is much faster, more reliable, and it restarts itself. Easy but very limited modem setup.

It was easy to set up and change passwords for the 2.4G versus 5G service. It meets my needs for wifi/internet/streaming services. The sales associate at the Martinsburg Best Buy was knowledgeable and helped identify a router to match my requirements.

Needed a replacement for my Nighthawk, the all in one works quite well. Less space taken and less setup needed for extra Ethernet cables.

Easy to setup. 2 in 1 with Wifi 6. Can monitor devices on your network via the app.

It’s wonderful it works perfect. We haven’t had one problem with us since we hooked it up.

This item was exactly what we wanted. It is doing a great job for what it was designed for.

Kind of a pain to set up initially but after that it's worked flawlessly. Good choice for Xfinity gigabit.
