I have had no problems with this at all. Longevity could be the issue... past products of this manufacture have failed after a year or so.

This is a good device for my setup. I already had a router and this combination allowed me to have 2 networks and support more devices.

The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is that sometimes the wifi falls asleep and I must check the unit before it re-engages.

You get what you pay for in a good way. In a good way, super fast wifi speed. And works great connected to the computer.

This is a frustratingly unreliable product. I have to reset it daily if I want it to work. Plus, the online interface is annoyingly tedious. After just a few months with it, I'm writing it off as a learning experience and shelling the money to replace it.

This Modem/Wifi combo works great always had a gateway for years but ARRIS blew that one away best buy I ever did.

Works great but I have Comcast/Xfinity so I can't tell if the shortcomings are a result of the device or the service.

I was looking for both router and modem combined and this had a great review. Purchased it and works great!

It works, 4 places to plugin ethernet cables. and nice to not have to buy a modem and router separately.

As a cable modem, it works well. But it is not worth the money to pay for the wireless router that comes with it. The wireless range is very short. My house is 1800 sq ft and the router is placed at the back of the house. When I am in front of the house in the living room, the wireless signal is very, very weak. Better to invest in a good, long range wireless router separately.

The first one I bought was defective... didn't work. The second one I took home works with no problems.

If you need a great wireless router, then this is the one for you. Gives you all you need.

It work ok. I was not happy with the distance of the wifi. I felt that it did not have good range.

Good wireless router. The range is great and offers dual band.

Upnp works perfect i got three xbox ones all connected at the same time with no nat issues.

I started my internet service and get this modem router. It works great no complains so far.

I upgraded from an old version, this router is very stable and provides uninterrupted wifi

I have multiple devices connected directly and also wifi and all works very well

Trade out Apple router for Arris 2 in one modem/router .decent signal range for price
