This modem is a solid performer. The big downside is that it has no telephone line in. If you get your telephone service through your cable provider, you will need a different device or a different set up.

Perfect for typical household use with great range and everything we need it for. Never lose connection and great that it is an all in one unit vs having the "old school" modem and router.

Set up was easy enough! Works well with Comcast. Getting great speed. The wifi range is good enough to reach the farthest corner at house. Would highly recommend this.

Replaced the modem that came from my cable provider and this one gives me faster upload and download speeds. Very easy to set up and the wireless range if phenomenal.

Works great! It is fast. easy to install, is the same model that the cable company wanted to install for $10 a month. Should pay for itself in a year and a half.

Upgraded to the latest Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem and extremely happy with the speed and performance. My Comcast Internet service is the fastest I have experienced yet.

The setup was easy. I like how it walked me through the steps to connect all of my devices.I like the fact that it is a router and modem in one and is a very fast speed.

Very easy set up fast and reliable. We run 2 computers, stream movies, power a laptop and have several "cloud drives" running on this unit with no issues.

last year model was harder to set up and this modem is easy! i will say it modem weight less then last year model.so make should u get your geek squad just in case. This modem i found that there two type of wireless setting reg r 5G. last year model don't show up in the network list. this modem there pop right up in list.. i will say i have so problem but i not sure if modem r if it the network which i use cox. not sure but i have cell phone problem more now since i got this modem. if anyone else as had the same problem with cell phone an have this modem. i wanted to know is there way to fix it....

The upgrade was worth the price. The notice in speed increase was instant. Very easy to set up and of course works seamlessly with my Xfinity service.

I'm not an IT tech, so it's hard to say how really good the product is. Yes, speeds are quick. Yes, I can access internet in a 1,200 sq. ft. home with no problem. So I think it's good. Would cheaper modems do the same?? I would think so. But I got this modem because I didn't want to experiment with something of lesser quality or reviews and then not be happy with the purchase and then have to return it for something like this unit that I purchased.

My internet provider upgraded my speed to 300mbps and my old router and modem has a max speed of 385 so I have to upgrade to this modem/ router. The speed reliable, signal strength is sometimes questionable, we have a 2-storey apartment so when I move to my room upstairs I loose 1 bar out of 5. I am not sure if its the ARRIS or maybe we just have a thick wall. But this product works as expected.

I bought this router to replace a several years old router because I wanted to sit outside and use my IPAD but didn't have a strong enough signal. Since I bought and installed this router I can now sit outside and enjoy the cool breeze and use I my IPAD since it provides me with a strong and reliable signal. I also have no problem with accessing the internet from anywhere in the house.

Easy to set up with Comcast, detected automatically and did through my phone. Reaches all rooms in 2500 square foot home and outside too. Speed is fine for watching Netfilx on TV and tablet, did not think it was faster than my 2 generation old Surfboard. Recommend to anybody who wants to have their own Modem rather than rent from cable company.

I have not had a single issue with this product at all. I'm use to having to reset routers every so often, not an issue here. This is keeping up with my high speed internet very well. I was normally a NetGear person, but the salesman swung me into trying this product. He was a wise man.

This modem/wireless router was very easy to setup. My call to my cable subscriber was fast and easy to have the modem activated. I now don't have to pay a monthly fee for a wireless router.

Top of the top with this router corrected with the google router system and it is blazing fast.

Bought this when I decided to get xfinity for my cable and internet. The first one I bought did not work out of the box. I did call customer service and they were very helpful and friendly. I took it back to best buy and they gave me a different one and it works great. It has good reach around my house and back yard. Handles everything very well.

Great signal on the 2nd floor of my home. All my devices are connected and the speed is great!

Very easy setup and fast. Have Cable One Internet service and was a piece of cake to setup.
