Easy install. Works great. Faster then my old one.

Fast and reliable speed with a good range. Pleased with it.

After over a week without internet, and 4 Comcast techs, including a super tech, and a supervisor, each one replacing the Comcast modem that the previous tech had installed with a new one, I installed this myself, and have not had a second of down time.

After scouring the reviews, we settled on the ARRIS - SURFboard Dual-Band Wireless-AC Router with DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem. According to the cable technician, our router and modem are better than the merchandise they install. It's already paid for itself!

Setup was easy and the instructions were simple to follow. This unit was not on the list of approved modem/routers, but connected easily when I reached out to charter. Transfer rates are significantly faster than previous router. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy set-up. Speeds are great. Even though recommended by local utility company, the company had problems setting up on their end but that was not due to modem but their inability to distinguish between personal modems and rented modems.

I have Comcast. This was very easy to set up and lets us connect multiple connections to the wireless as well as multiple Ethernet connections. Was recommended by a Best Buy Associate. He was right. Have had it for 6 weeks and no problems at all.

I bought this modem/router because I did not want to rent one from Comcast and I am very happy with this purchase! It has amazing speeds and doesn't turn my router into a hotspot which Comcast routers do. It's a good investment to make.

It is a definite upgrade in speed over there last all in one. But the poor range of the wifi and the need to reboot every couple of days still persists. This is the newest available all in one so I'll just have to live with it till technology improves.

I am not a computer person, I bought this modem because of the reviews and I have not been disappointed. I have a 2 story house and this modem is covering the whole space without boosters. This product does the job it is supposed to do.

Great modem it was easy to connect through the provided and it works great I definitely recommend this product. I wish it had more ports, but other than that no problems

This device greatly improved the WIFI range and performance in my two story house with thick floors and walls. The install was easy and I have not had to worry about it since. It just works and it works fast! Highly recommend!

I was using Comcast provided modem, seems like network was shared from that modem as a XFinity wifi hotspot.. long story short it was getting slow at times. As I started using this Surf Board it is super fast

Strong WiFi performance and truly Dual-Band. 5GHz network is very powerful, but doesn't reach as strong as the 2GHz network. Both provide ample coverage and reach all through the house and garage. Performance is strong across both networks with multiple devices running. As long as your provider has strong internet, you should enjoy!

With Docsis 3.0, wireless 802.11-ac, and a Gigabit Ethernet router, this modem provides a very fast internet and networking experience. The firmware is easy to use and provides privacy options and parental control. I chose to whitelist my devices for added safety. The user name in the logon credentials; unfortunately, can not be changed from the default "admin", but I could easily change the password. The user name is something that Arris should address in subsequent firmware upgrades.

I bought this to upgrade from an older surfboard modem with a separate router. It is blazingly fast and with the combination I didn't have to worry about mismatched capabilities of separate units.

This was a huge upgrade expanding both downstream and upstream performance from our old Netgear cable modem combo router. No need for WiFi extension, both 2.5 and 5.0 Ghz reception is fantastic.
