    It is good just for regular stuff like tv , but if you need to work from home , you may use some kind of software (zscaller, vpn or something) It will be kicking out you from that (internet connection will be lose ) and it is not compatible with those. Because of some limited availability to route the traffic, connection issues.

    nothing wrong with this item. easy to hook up and use, just be aware you will have to activate it thru your internet provider. also check with your provider as mine offers a free (as in totally rent free!) modem

    Worse than my Netgear CM1000v2 and Linksys MR8300 that’s over 5 years old. Speed near ARRIS G20 is good, however, anywhere else inside my small ranch home is patchy and unreliable. I will be returning this and purchasing something else.
