Its a great router combo. Haven't had any issues so far

Needs WPS button and more Ethernet plugs on the back.

Great modem/router combo. I get the most out of my 1GBPS Xfinity monthly plan with it.

After trying to connect this unit to my Xfinity service, I ended up first calling Xfinity for help (they had messed up my service due to a move) and then calling Arris because the Xfinity tech messed up the setup by not following Arris instructions. HOWEVER, Arris totally fixed the Xfinity oopsie and got me up and running. I bought this modem/wifi to replace an older one that no longer worked with Xfinity. I am pleased. Connectivity is faster and the thinking dots are now minimal rather than constant. Arris tech service was really patient and qualified, identifying the problem and fixing it.

This router is fast and works with Comcast Xfinity as a plug and play. No problems to report.

I'd been looking to replace the gateway that Xfinity provides and this was my first attempt. The setup and activation was very easy using the Xfinity app but the performance left a lot to be desired. The Xfinity gateway provides acceptable download and upload speeds as far as I can tell, although I never tested thoroughly. However, switching over to the G20 immediately provided degraded quality. My PS5, which is at the far edge of my basement, was only getting a good signal while it would get a full signal using Xfinity's gateway. Also, the G20 was causing noticeable buffering while using my AppleTV in the same location as the PS5, which was not happening on the Xfinity's gateway. I ended up returning the G20 promptly.

Difficult to set up ring cameras, everything else setup ok. Yellow light blinking on back, suppose to be green but still works.

It is good just for regular stuff like tv , but if you need to work from home , you may use some kind of software (zscaller, vpn or something) It will be kicking out you from that (internet connection will be lose ) and it is not compatible with those. Because of some limited availability to route the traffic, connection issues.

nothing wrong with this item. easy to hook up and use, just be aware you will have to activate it thru your internet provider. also check with your provider as mine offers a free (as in totally rent free!) modem

2 in 1 already. Had difficulty setting up at first because this is a newer model but works perfect eventually.

i purchased this cable modem so i don't have to pay to rent one from my cable company i love the size and the blue light cause i love the color blue thank you so very much Best Buy for another really great item

So far I’m so happy with it. I was struggling with my old router. I replaced it with this one and I am so happy you’re so far. I hope it will continue liked it.

It was fairly easy to set up. The associates assistance was excellent. He was knowledgeable with the correct router that I would need for the speed and company that provides my internet service I am extremely pleased Thank you!!

Excellent product. Keep our wireless network running smoothly without buffering, etc. Definitely recommend.

Works fine with my computer. Having trouble setting up my ring doorbell

Used with xfinity. Setup was easy (did self install) No problems yet solid cable/modem unit.
