These games are getting released every year or so now and the last few have been mediocre in my mind. This one is the first one in a while that felt like it is worth paying full price for. It looks good in 4k and it feels like they actually made a difference in combat and gameplay. I haven't seen any bugs yet so it has already beat its predecessor in that regard. I might wait on this one to drop in price because with Assassins Creed fatigue I am pretty sure this one will drop regardless of how good it may be.

This game is great. The visuals are great and I like the move to a more RPG feel in a large, open world. The controls are a bit to get used to if you played previous AC games but you can change them if you really dislike them. The story isn't that spectacular but the moment-to-moment gameplay is awesome, which is why I am playing this game anyway.

This game is great! They took some time off for the series (1 year) and you can tell the difference. Its a great open world with great mechanics. Really feels like you are in the era and you get to care about the character. Ive spend hours playing and no doubt, I will continue to do so. Its a great game to get into Assassins Creed, do it!

Very Open world, Huge map. This game has so much to do and dosent force you to just play campaign. There are lots of fun side missions

This was my first dive into the Assassin's Creed universe. I have been very impressed! The game offers a lot of challenges and a LOT of content. The combat mechanics are a bit wonky for me, but the stealth, narrative and general gameplay all make up for it. Really a well designed game with a fun and interesting single player story.

This game brought the franchise back to the top of the heap in open world gaming. Nothing is linear, and you can tackle the story however you want. I never feel like I need to rush through anything, and I'm free to play how I want. It also looks stunning when run on the Xbox One X and a quality 4K HDR monitor.

The game play is so smooth, and well done. I'm glad they took their time with making this one, it definantly shows. It has an open world rpg feel to it like Bethesda games do. There are tons of random events happening, hunting, and nonlinear quests/side quest.You can pretty much do what ever you want when you want.

The details within the game are amazing. The graphics and storyline are great. There are so many quests and side tasks that you will certainly not run out of things to do. The map seems as if it’s never ending and there’s never a dull moment following the quest line. Great game and a lot of fun to play.

One of the best games-Graphics are a a beauty, excellent combat, ancient Egypt setting is immersive and recreated w/ excellent attention to detail.

This is a great game visually and I think that it could be a lot of fun but the story is confusing and convoluted and I have trouble caring or understanding why the character is doing exactly what it is he is doing and god knows what’s happening in the present it’s a never ending story with no beginning or end so if you like that with amazing 4k graphics this is the game for you, it’s also massive and has tons of side quests like a watered down witcher 3

I have tried many A.C. games and have always been interested, but never could get hooked to continue playing for hours. What can I say, this game got me hooked. To start Graphics on Xbox One X are Gorgeous especially if you have a HDR 4K T.V. Stopped so many times to look at scenery. The game itself has ton of main missions, plus side missions if you are completion experts. I would say side missions are similar, but 80% of them feel different and dialogue makes you feel it was well thought out. Even some being meaningful. The way upgrades and menus are designed many choices feel meaningful. And I love even as a low level character you can travel anywhere on map. You might not survive, but you can try. Fast travel is greatly spread out. 1st game in a awhile I bought the DLC and I can say DLC is was put together well. Would definitely say not a must purchase for DLC. If you couldn't get enough like me then I recommend. Glad I gave this game a chance beyond just playing an hour or 2.

The AC series has been one of my favorite series since I started playing AC4 Black Flag. I haven't finished the story just yet, but the graphics look amazing on Xbox One X. I'll admit that the controls take a bit to get used to since the buttons are mapped different compared to previous games.

Ubisoft has fixed many of the big issues with previous Assassin's Creed games in this edition. The new 4K HDR graphics look spectacular on any new TV. The open world is a great recreation of Egypt from the Nile to the pyramids. Finally, the gameplay feels fresh, with many different options for executing your enemies. If this game didn't have microtransactions in it, I would be able to recommend it with no reservations!

First assasin’s creed game and I am really enjoying it. As a rpg type game I can choose where I go and it makes it very flexible to how much time I have to play. And the visuals are amazing. To wander the tombs and land is great. Overall very happy I got this game.

Just a fantastic game! This game is a great addition to the assassins creed series. I can't wait to play this one on the new Xbox one X console. Just on the 1st edition xbox one it is beautiful! Great gameplay and a new RPG style of character abilities and weapons. Lots of fun!

Simply amazing! First Creed game in a long time that I have enjoyed! It is all there, story, game play, side quests, quality! And Playing it on the xbox one x in 4k with hdr and dolby atmos just makes the game stunning! I love taming the animals to have them be my side kick!

This is a great game. Contains some spoilers if you are new to Assassin’s Creed. If that’s important to you, find a copy of the original titles - the games are worth it. AC Origins bring the XBOX One X with HDR to life. You’ll be amazed at the level of detail.

I’ve played the Assassins Creed series from the beginning. Origins a great addition with an amazing storyline. Very wide open world gaming offering hours and hours of game play. Combat mechanics improved. A few graphics glitches, hopefully future updates will fix.
