    "Assault Attack" is MSG's 3rd album, but it was the first one I bought when I was a teenager. It still is my favorite, the riffs are heavier and he has a great backing band - Chris Glen ( The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Ian Gillan ) on bass, Ted McKenna ( Rory Gallagher, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band) on drums, and the great Graham Bonnet ( Rainbow, Alcatrazz) on vocals. Not to mention that the album was produced by no one less than Martin Birch, whose credits includes some of the biggest albums in rock history ( Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden ). Since I already had this album, I bought the picture disc version more as a collector, and of course it looks amazing! Highly recommended for any MSG fan!
