Overall great quality headset really good sound the only bad part is there’s not enough cushioned support for the head after few minutes it becomes uncontrollable.

This headset is pretty cool but not the best. It’s good quality but I find the headphones to be uncomfortable for long periods of time. The truth is I bought these because I’m a huge Zelda fan.

I purchased this headset due to a great sale price ($20.00). I needed a wired headset for living room gaming and have no use for a dual purpose headset for that room (I have a few bluetooth headsets for music). The earcups are very small, maybe the smallest that I've ever tried on. I have medium-small ears and they definitely dont cover my entire ear, causing a pinching feeling. The single biggest problem is that the 3.5mm jack is so stubbornly tight. You insert the cable and hear/feel a click and tug a tiny bit to make sure its in there, but then you don't hear any audio. To fix this, you have to REALLY PUSH the cable into the jack even further. This is the only headset I've ever owned that has had this level of push to secure it - and what's crazy is that it's perfectly secure before that further push. Audio quality is adequate, but not at all nice enough to be considered immersive or great for picking up queues in FPS games. An update to owning this - the sound level has gotten lower and the sound just patently does not work any longer with my xbox one. I have tried like crazy to fix this, but it seems like its the headset. I've troubleshot as much as I can, but I still don't see a fix. I can no longer return the item as well, so who knows what's going on. I have nothing to say regarding the styling as they're on my head and I don't see them 99% of the time and I don't really care what it looks like anyway. Overall, for $20 I'd recommend, but for retail price I would stay far, far away.

Purchased this as well as a new gaming monitor for my grandson. He loves it - I never see it off his head.

It is good headset but I would recommend to contact Astro for a new volume because the one that come with it has a glitch with it

This is a replacement headset for my son’s broken “other” brand headset. My son liked this headset with mic, for his Switch Playset.
