Great budget headset especial when on sale for 20 bucks. Not bad but not great. Cord is REALLY long but other than that solid headset. Astro mixamp makes the headset worth the money.

We bought this for the switch however it only worked with the hand held. We had to purchase an additional adapter for the dock the switch sits in. The adapter plus into the USB port on the dock and the mic works fine.

The A10 is great for a budget headset. Sound is awesome for the price and they are comfortable. For this price i was able to buy 3 different colors for my 3 boys and they love them.

Sound is good. Easy hook up. Mic is nice. Simply too heavy. The small piece of foam does not stop the head band from digging into my head. I have them on the smallest setting so they don't flop down, They also are super tight and hurt my ears,

The sound was great but after one day of use they did not work on my computer. They worked on my laptop and I tried different troubleshootings and called customer support. But ended up returning them.

The auto quality is great, the only issue I have is the wire it cuts in and out, and at this point get a wireless headset its annoying.

They are a good value when on sale but they are uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. I think the square design of the cushions puts pressure on my earlobes.

Average headset for average price. You get what you pay for. I had to use the warranty within a month though, but they sent me a brand new one and let me keep the old one that lost sound in one side

I really liked the feel of these headphones. They were comfortable to wear, and canceled a lot of sound. Only problem is they didn’t work when I purchased them.

This is a good value but with some caveats. First they seem a bit heavy (365 g) and become uncomfortable with extended use. The sound profile is a bit tinny (seems like the bass is attenuated). The ear pads hurt my ears after an extended period of use. However, the clarity of the microphone is excellent. I replaced these with the Razer Kraken X which are much lighter, more comfortable, and has an improved audio range.

I found these difficult to use/setup. I ended up returning them as these never worked with my ps4- possible user error, but either way I have found steel series to be more user friendly. Would still recommend to people familiar with the brand because they were comfortable on my head and packaged really well
