I switched to Astro's because the plastic on my turtle Beaches kept breaking by the ear pieces. Astro's are made with aluminum at this location. I was definitely in for a surprise as the sound quality is much much better then with Turtle Beach.

These headsets are excellent for gaming. I felt that it was not worth getting the A50's because they are wireless and more money. Best decision that I made. Not that I am a pro gamer, but most pros prefer the wired headsets. The surround is awesome and I can hear steps, gunfire, etc. in all directions!

My son loves these headphones. Gives him an advantage online with call of duty black ops 3. Says he can hear their footsteps. He wanted turtle beach headphones,I read the reviews and decided to go with these. He couldn't be happier.

I bought these for my son who is a teenager and swears that these are the best out there. After owning them for several months he still loves them. I've purchased Turtle Beach and other headsets and they always seemed to have an issue with the mic. This one seems to be doing the job.

I had multiple turtle beaches before I bought my first part of Astro. I think they have a better customer support overall, I hated dealing with turtle beach. It's also nice to have bought through Best Buy, because their Warranty program is amazing. Especially worth it if your going to spend the extra money on quality devices. I won't shop anymore else anymore. Astro have great sound, with customizing options for more chat volume or game. Also can control the sounds for each experience. Even work great for listening to music, just switch up the settings. Also helps that they are very comfortable.

I have been using Turtle Beaches XO Sevens on my Xbox One for over a year now till I upgraded to these and must say I'm happy I did. They have such great sound and fit my head so much better! Plus they can be used on XB1, PS4 and PC which makes a great One for all headset!

I have the regular A40 astros for pc and I love them. I had them for about 1-2 years and I haven't had any issue with them. I decided to buy another one for my boyfriend. These are literally the same exact thing but for xbox. I believe you can use the xbox one on pc as well. We ended up returning them for the halo edition. They are the same exact thing but just a different color.

My son was so happy we bought this item for his X-Box. This product is built for quality. My son said it made a difference when he plays his X-Box as far as the quality of sound that this head set produces.

I love the bass boost and the ability to control the volume of game and chat with the push of a button and turn of the volume dial. No batteries needed and sound quality is amazing. I can hear enemies clearly and even know the direction they are coming from.

Got these to replace my turtle beaches and best decision I've made on headsets so far. Full surround sound and it has the mini equalizer on the piece that plugs into the controller for easy use. Pretty comfortable while wearing for extended gaming sessions.

My son uses these for his XBox One. So far he's very happy with them. They have outlasted all of the others we've bought - they were from a single company that is very popular but quite inferior in their quality. Life's a "beach", if you know what I mean.

These were purchased for my son. He says the sound is very clear and the headphones block out outside noise. I would agree because when he has them on and I call out for him, he cannot hear me.

I'very had these for a little over a month now and these are by far the best headsets I have purchased. I play alot of FPSs' I can pretty much hear everything that is going on around me and it has actually improved my gameplay to a degree.

I have had a lot of headsets. All of them have been turtle beach. After a year the turtle beach usually dies. So I bought the Astro headset. Can't say enough about them. They are the best!! Will buy Astro again if anything happens to these.

Very nice looking comfortable headset. Just couldn't get the volume up seemed too quiet. Friends said the mic was good could have been a settings issue but I returned these and got the a50 as they were also on sale

To start are let me say I was using the Astro A50s before I tried these. Sound quality is ok but not at loud as the A50s. The mixamp is not horrible but I wish they would have put the old style in them and just raised the price. The mic quality is good. And I have not problem wearing them comfortable for 8-10 hours at a time.

They are awesome, they were perfectly. I use them for watching videos on you tube, watching movies. Also, of course I use them for playing games on pc as well as my Xbox one. I would expect nothing less from these headphones.
