I game almost everyday for hours and my head has not once hurt! Its so comfortable and I hear people so clearly! Best head set ever! But the price is kinda high but in my eyes its worth it!

The sound quality is awesome, the thing I don't like is not having the ability to separately control game and chat volume. You can blend the amount of mixture but not the same to me.

Absolutely love this headset. I game for hours at a time and can barely notice I have them on. Light weight, comfortable, great sound. All around great headset.

Has awesome surround sound. When connected with optical cord to an xbox one, ps4, and directly into a flat screen tv. And really comfortable.

This is a true review. I had to return these. Sorry Astro fans. Replaced them with the Turtle Beach 800 Elites. For the money... I love the amount of features and the TB's are also lighter on the head. The memory foam is awesome not to mention the stellar noise cancellation.

The sound and comfort are top shelf. I got this during Christmas and it was a great present. Sound is outstanding.

I took a chance and grabbed these headphones....and I must say that I will never look back!!! These headphones are insane!! a complete surround sound experience without bothering anyone around you!! Anyone that complains about a buzzing sound....They only do that when you don't have the headphone paired with the base. Once paired the buzzing goes away. You wont regret it!!

This gaming headset is simply the BEST! I can hear sounds and music in games I didn't even know were there! From competitive gaming where I can hear where people are around me to single player games where the tiniest crackling of embers can be heard crystal clear this headset is the greatest! I'm a self proclaimed fidelity snob and I honestly can't even settle going back to my surround sound system over the Astro A50 headset! If there were 6 stars these would have it!

Comfortable, easy to use, great sound quality and incredible options.

I was skeptical that the sound quality would be that different from the Sony Gold PS4 wireless headset I've been using, but the level of quality is so vast I was blown away. Easily the best sounding headphones I've ever used.

A colleague of mine recommend these to me awhile back so when then went on sale for Black Friday I just had to have them :) They have lived up to and exceeded my expectations. I was worried about battery life but I'm able to use them for hours with no issues. I have also used them to watch movies on our large TV and they hook up perfectly to there as well.

If your in the market for a headset this is the one to get. I wasn't sure I would be happy with it especially paying $300 for it. The sound is amazing if you set up right. You can hook up straight auxiliary but the sound wont be quite as good. unlike the A40's the amplifier is built directly into the headset and you can adjust the chat sound and the game play sound. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because its kinda heavy and take s a little to get used but its not that big of a deal.

I was originally using the Sony Gold headset. These headphones have a much richer sound. I do miss the sound profiles from the headphone companion app on the PS4, but the overall sound of these headphones is much better. Also being able to mute chat by swinging the mic boom up is awesome. There's no mystery as to whether or not you are muted.

These headsets are amazing! Totally worth the money. The clarity is fantastic. One word of advice-buy the extra insurance. The charging plug broke after having these for 8 months. Because I purchased the extra insurance, I received a new headset at the Best Buy store without a problem.
