I own the Astro A40s and absolutely love them, however, they only work well on my 360. For my Xbox One, I purchased the A50s and they work perfectly. The audio truly envelops you and you feel like you're in the game. Crystal clear audio but plenty of bass makes these my favorite headset for gaming or watching movies.

This is by far the greatest headset I've ever purchased. The audio quality is superior to any Turtle Beach headset I've owned (X04, X07, X32, X42). These A50's also look amazing in person! They have a soft-touch, matte feel to them. The ear cups go over your ears to give you a full immersion, and sound experience. I play Battlefield a lot, and also Destiny. Both games sound amazing! Gun shots, explosions, vehicles, etc. all sound great with crisp audio, and great bass. The mic quality has been great so far. It has voice feedback so you can hear yourself talking without having to assume no one can hear you, which can sometimes cause you to shout. That happened with me a lot. The one thing I really like about this headset is that it can be turned up really, REALLY loud. That was a problem with the Turtle Beach headsets I owned previously. They sounded muffled. These can go higher than your ears can handle. Also, I have yet to hear any crackling or popping with the audio. Overall, these are just a great, quality headset. I definitively recommend buying one.

The Astro A50 headest is by far the best headset I have used. The build quality is great as I never get tired nor feel discomfort when using them. The sound is very nice too. The headset can be very loud while still keeping its sound quality. I only wish it had a customizable equalizer instead of just three presets.

I have tried them all and they have all failed one way or another. You want the best here they are. You know the saying you get what you pay for and these are worth every penny. I also have a pair of the Klipsch KG-300 Pro another pair of great gaming headphone. I use the Astro for my XBOX ONE and the Kli[sch for my PS4. Both these headphones cost, but you will not be disappointed with them.

After about a month of use, I have to say they sound amazing. Clear,crisp, and theatrical deep bass. in my opinion there are only two draw backs, 1)the battery life is not great and requires plugging back in often. 2) the microphone is quite an annoyance. I play Xbox one with a few people that say my microphone sounds "like I'm in a can" or that they have a hard time hearing me,but it's not all the time. That is the reason this only got a 4 star rating. Overall, good design. Setup is simple if you pay attention and plug things into the right place. And if you have a hard time with setup you can always just watch a YouTube tutorial!

Great product overall. Surround sound is on point. Sound guality is amazing. You will hear sounds in your game that you had no idea existed. Its only flaw, in my opinion, is that you have to plug into your game controller to speak to other gamers. Wish it was completely wireless.

Love my Astro A50's. Very comfortable and the sound is great. Battery could be better, the reason it's not 5 stars, but you can still use them while charging.

Kinda pricey and there are other headsets with just the same quality for a cheaper price but these get the job done. I have an Xbox one and the setup process was easy and I'm overall satisfied with my purchase

I did not know about Astro until the end of 2016. I have been wanting a good gaming headset for a while. I searched for top rated headsets and Astro was on top of that list every time. I purchased the A40 with M80 and the sound was amazing. I returned them for the A40 with Mixamp because of surround sound. I returned those due to financial purposes and picked up the A40 with M80 again. I was really wanting a pair of A50s because it is wireless. I saw this one was on sale and I immediately took back the A40 and bought this one. It is the first generation A50 but the quality is second to none. I absolutely love this headset and I highly recommend it for anyone. Yes, you cannot mod these with the headrest or ear pieces. That is the only con. It is way better than Turtle Beach.

I used to own turtle Beach headset and thought that they were the best but then I got the Astro gaming A50 and they really amped up the playing. Every noise is crisper and clearer than the turtles.

Great system the sound is great the ajustable head band fits good.

Over priced. only purchased because headset fits larger heads. Replaced the turtle beach 500 and 800 because they kept breaking on the band. For the price it should be wireless just like those. It requires a headset adapter to use microphone on the Xbox one.

The battery life is suppose to be like 12 hours. Mine lasts 5. The sound is amazing though and they are comfortable but a little heavier than I expected.

These headphones are very comfortable and work great with my PC. Good sound and a couple different presets to choose from. The big draw back is the mic. For $300 I expect a much better sounding mic.

Not only are these the comfiest headset I've ever tried on but the audio is amazing as well! The only con I would say is that the microphone could get a little fixing so that I don't have to speak really loud for my friends can hear me clearly

The headset itself works great, feels good, sounds good. My complaint is that when it runs out of power I have to put it down to charge it. Maybe if it included a longer USB cable I could just plug it in for a bit while I continue to use it.

These A50s sound great. They are also super conformable.

This is an awesome set of headphones. The only problem that I have run into is that sometimes you can hear loud crackling that seems to be coming from the cable that connects to the controller. But besides that they sound really good.
