Many appreciate the responsive buttons and satisfying weight, enhancing the gaming experience. However, some users report experiencing stick drift and find the controller's price to be a significant drawback. The size of the controller has also been a point of contention for some customers.

I got my wife this as an anniversary gift. She loves it. Having the back buttons, and being able to program sensitivity, as well as change the layout has really been beneficial for her in sweaty moments during competitive play.

You can have this controller in the hard shell case, but still end up with drift on the directional pads. You should be able to recalibrate, but nothing worked me. Astro is sending new directional sticks, but I had to buy a new controller for backup. After changing the sticks, I’ll sell the older one.

As much as I really really wanted to like this controller, it is not worth $200 or even 150$. One of the issue is that it cannot power on the PS4 when wired or in wireless mode. the other elite controller companies all have functioning PS buttons to power on the PS4. I am not that lazy that I cannot manually turn on the power, but for a premium controller it should at least turn on the PS4. The other issue I have with it is the size of the Control, people if I wanted to play with an Xbox controller I would have just gotten an Xbox not a PS4. The way you hold it should NOT be like that. I love the way the PS4 controller feels in my hand with you taking that away doesn’t justify playing on a PS4

Fantastic controller! Has lots of customization and sensitivity options. Can make tons of different profiles on the program, but can only save 2 to the controller. Other than that, this controller is near perfect.

I love this pad, I have one gripe though

This pad is amazing. I use it mostly for fighting games but I'm sure it is a great pad for first-person shooters and more. My only complaint with this controller is how sensitive the triggers are. You can barely rest your finger on the trigger and you will accidentally press the trigger from time to time if you are not careful.

This may have been the most expensive game pad I have purchased. But it's so worth it. Responsiveness, customizability, looks and feel, all good there. Only gripe is the weight, but you'll get used to it. Happy camper here.

I really love the Astro. The ability to quickly change configurations is unique. However, the price is a bit high and despite being licensed by Sony, it won’t allow you to turn on the PlayStation without a DualShock.

So much better than the regular PS4 controller. Joystick is more precise. And the UL/UR buttons give you an edge on games like call of duty. The feel of the controller in your hands is much higher quality.

After a couple of broken Scufs (paddles snapped) I decided to give this one a try. Feels like much better quality from the start and the customizable features were engineered into the controller, not added aftermarket.

It’s my first gaming controller ever, decided to get this one instead of the scuff, and it didn’t Disappoint. Love that I can change the layout of the controller to how I like it, the only thing is the buttons in the back could be better, maybe I just need to get some getting used too for me to give a 5 star

Sturdy, comfortably ergonomic and cusomizeable construction. Buttons and triggers are so satisfying to press. Love that you can easily turn on and off trigger stops. If you got the money I highly recommend this controller.

I have played with this remote now a little over a month and it has perfect balance. The weight is just right and in my opinion it has no sway. I am really enjoying this purchase and think it is well worth it.

Controller was awesome for about a month. Feels looks and plays great until the sticks start to go. One of the analog sticks started to drift and is now so bad I can barely use the controller due to not being able to look up (pushing right stick up in FPS game) I have a claim open with Astro which has now been open for a month and still no tracking number or shipment notification . By the time I receive a replacement module the pathetic 6 month warranty will almost be up. It is up to you if you would like to roll the dice on an awesome feeling controller with highly questionable analog sticks that will likely not last the warranty period.

Had for about a week, bought it on the recommendation from my son who owns a scuff controller. If you like to play to get the best k/d ratio and want a controller that feels better this is for you.

You can feel and see the difference immediately! Software is super easy to use for fine tuning or mapping buttons. My only complaint is it's not compatible with PS5 games, only PS4 games. That's a heavy investment for a controller considering PS5 is right around corner

Lighter than the elite controller for Xbox and has two paddles on the bottom not four but that just proved to me that you don’t need for. Great quality and supper customization and worth every penny.
