My husband bought his first one in February for his bday. He had it for a month before he had to start replacing the analog stick. Something inside broke a month ago and we replaced it through the warranty. He did not have his second one for a month and the stick snapped completely and he can’t use it at all. The joy sticks just rattled around. He loves the controller but it is so cheaply made it is absolutely not worth the money. He wants to just return it and buy a different brand but fears being put on a watch list from Best Buy.

The interchangeable locations is a bit of a gimmick in my opinion but its a solid controller once you have set it up. You will have to tweak sensitivity etc but no deal breakers. Not as solid as the xbox elite 2 but pretty close

Absolutely loved this controller until the square button started sticking which was quickly followed by left analog drift and a broken left back "paddle"... all of which occurred within 2 months. Up until that point I loved the configuration options, the ability to save 2 profiles, and the placement/feel of the back buttons. Switched to a SCUF Vantage 2 and had no shortage of issues there either. Heres to hoping for a PS5 premium controller that is indeed premium. $200 for controllers with shoddy construction is a bit ridiculous, even with the improved functionality. Best current option would be Sony's add-on back paddles IMO

I bought this controller twice and had 2 different issues. 1st the bottoms where getting stuck and 2nd the joysticks where drifting even after I manually reset it thru the computer software. I used both controllers for 6 months for 2-3 hours a day. I’m a pro-gamer and unfortunately they were not durable, although I really like them at the beginning. For $200 someone would spect to have them for a long time. Thankfully I bought the geek squad protection plan and was able to replace them. I will buy a new model and see if they fix this issues.

Great Remote, good weight to it, but it’s extremely fragile. Remote should last longer for the price of the remote. Had mine 3 months and daily use but buttons wear out quickly.

Best controller especially if your playing in a league or tournament . Great controller for Call of Duty . I highly recommend this controller .

Super great for PC, fully customizable. On PS4 faster response and handling. Can't turn on PS4 because of it being 5ghz instead of bluetooth, better than OEM.

I only use high end controllers (Scuf) or factory controller that came with my PS4 & PS4 pro but We’ve gone through 6 or 7 scuf’s and after the last one that was more like the Xbox controller I am done with scuf! Which brings me to this controller. Astro is a brand I trust for headsets and it turns out that they made a pretty good controller. My kid loves it, only two downsides are there’s only two paddle triggers and it can’t turn the PS4 on as far as I’ve been able to figure out anyway. Slightly cheaper than a scuf but with Best Buy’s warranty, it becomes worth it big time.

Very happy with my controller only things is the tension is on my right stick seams to be loser than my left one I’ve calibrated it many of times cleaned and have update software and firmware besides that no problems.

The Astro controller is a fantastic controller. Beyond solid build. Fit and finish is second to none. Feels great, very responsive and lots of adjustability!!

Great controller for people with big hands. Very well made compared to my Microsoft elite 2 which broke in less than a year.

Easily the best controller for pro gaming love using this controller switched over from using to scuf and it hasn’t let me down .

I got tired of the xox one controllers having unreliable left thumb sticks, and decided to stop buying new ones. This controller is absolutely worth it.

Overall this is a great controller for gaming. Just be careful with the joy sticks.. hasn’t been a year yet and have already had to replace the left stick completely. Good news is, they are cheap and easy to replace!

This controller is so good. It is expensive but it is built expensive also. The case, boxing, extra grips are amazing.

Heavy, cumbersome but beautiful. Great for adventure games but nothing shooting heavy, the drift is terrible. Even with the extensive and detailed settings I couldn’t get past it.

Not an avid PS4 player, and found the stock controller to flimsy. This one is perfect. No issues. Read and follow the instructions.

The beautiful thing about the C40 is the customization options. You can offset the sticks to fit both Xbox or PlayStation preferences

Love this controller. I’m not a pro gamer but a casual one due to working schedule. Really like how easy it is to adjust the controller for various settings depending on the type of game you’re playing. The pc software is really easy to download and simple to use. I have small hands and the controller fits perfect for me. Really has great grips. The only negative thing is that you cannot turn on your PS4 with the controller, you have to turn it on on the console. However you can shut it down or put in rest mode from the controller.

great for gaming however after a while, it started to lag.. not sure why but reached out to Astro and got it replaced!
