The fact that I can change the sticks when they wear out and not worry about buying a new controller gives me peace of mind! It's a solid design that really feels "premium". Overall a good investment if you are a competitive gamer.

Solid Controller for PS4 and PC!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After experiencing some brief sticker shock, I immediately unboxed this and started using it on my PS4 to play Spiderman. I didn't plug in the wireless dongle, as I needed the unit to charge a bit. Using this in wired mode meant being tethered to the console, and the depth of the USB plug on the controller means using the supplied cable for easy plug in. However, the cable is long enough for a good seating position a few feet away, and the console didn't require any additional setup. You'll notice a few things in the box, a carrying case (where the controller is stored), a tool for removing of the top plate, and some extra thumb sticks. The tool can be used to change out the position of the various joysticks and the D-Pad, and the buttons are easily replaceable. Don't like the thumb sticks, swap them out with another set. Don't like the D-pad, swap it out for a thumb pad. The included USB dongle is used to enable wireless use with the PS4. When you plug it in, and set the controller to wireless the dongle lights up blue. The connection happened within a second of my pushing the PS4 button, and I didn't notice any lag while playing games. The weight of the controller makes it feel solid, and it was pretty comfortable to use. Removing the plate with the included screw driver was easy, and moving the Dpad and thumbsticks around was a neat feature. Overall, I'm really impressed with this controller. It reminds me of the Xbox One elite controller, with a similar price tag, and premium feel. If you're looking to invest into a more responsive controller for your gaming sessions, this is the controller you should buy.

After trying to download several different drives or fixes, I decided to sell it to a console user. The controller overall is fine, a little on the heavy and wide side. The ability to configure different layouts (xbox or PS controller) is nice.
