I'm play Apex every day, and this controller can't provided me the quality of Astro Brand. After 3 months of playing every day, 3 0r 4 hours in average, the sticks just start drifting. And the last problem would be an sticky button. That was the last nail in the box. After several occasions of writing to Astro, and after 6 months, Astro just tell me that my warranty was expired. I also have another 2 friends who buyed the controller also, and they are experiencing the same. Really bad quality

This controller is one on the top controllers in the world. Everything about this is nice and it’s almost completely customizable. You can even move buttons around to mimic PS4 or Xbox button layout.

I bought his for my son's birthday and he right away starting customizing it and adapting it to the way he likes to play his games. Great product, Definitely will buy again!

Good quality I love the case and all the different type of tumb sticks you can switch them to your liking also the software is really easy to use I just love Astro great products all the time.

The controller was good, however it doesn’t compare to the Xbox Elite Controller quality and functionality. The controller was “okay,” but it did not justify the price tag. This is subjective of course.

This feels great and performs better. The joysticks have little to no wiggle. Everything on this has been thought of and is clearly the best made controller. Just a little pricey.

Really love this controller but can't use it with the PS5 unless your playing PS4 Games, dont work with PS5 games, kind of sucks really. NOTE: does work on PC.

I really like this controllor. I use it on PC and it works great all games recognize it no problem. Being an xbox user for years and being able to change the stick layout is awsome

Always a great experience at the Joplin Best Buy. Everyone is friendly and eager to help. I needed a small girft for my son and there was plenty to help with suggestions to help.

The controller feels good but the down fall is the analog sticks go out fast had to replace a few times and had to take one controller back and the SN do not match the box and it was an absolute headache to return had to go to the extent to opening a new controller to show the store manager that I wasn't trying to swindle the company so be careful on buying this product. Not worth the price

For being $200 It sure had a lot of flaws after about 2 weeks stick drift then buttons that you key to the under buttons don’t work so you have to remember to use the under buttons or the key won’t work. Buttons keying without my hands even being on the controller even though I have never dropped it. All in all I wish I spent the $50 on the insurance so I could bring this trash back.

This controllers trigger stoppers give you an advantage due to its response time. your can move around and the sticks and all that it’s a good controller and easy to use.

First I just want to say I went through THREE of these controllers. I'm a moderate video gamer, I play a few times a week. I'm meticulous about taking care of my things, I want to emphasize that because these controllers were not abused or mishandled or dropped or anything like that. My first controller developed a squeaky right thumb stick at around the 5th week of ownership. So since I have a 45 day return window at bestbuy I decided to just exchange it, my thinking was that I just got a bad apple. Well on controller number 2, the same thing happened, only this time it took about a month. DANGIT, I was disappointed to say the least because this is an incredible comfortable and ergonomic controller. So back to best buy for another exchange. You see, I REALLY wanted to love this controller. I still have my original ps4 controller, from when I first bought the console and it works perfectly, however constant pressing of L3 makes my thumb ache which was the reason I bought the astro, in order to map that button press to one of the 2 paddle buttons on the bottom of the controller. Well, this time after about 2 weeks I noticed the right thumbstick drifting while playing overwatch. :( :( :( Anyway I took it back to bestbuy and got a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTROLLER. These issues are very common if you google them. I wish sony would just get on with making a higher end controller similar to the xbox one elite controller. People would buy it. So if you think you might luck out and get a good one, you're dreaming. There are no good ones. ASTRO needs to sort out their Quality Control. Other minor issues: PS button wont turn on your console, wireless functionality requires a USB dongle that takes up a spot on the front of your console, you have to map the controller with your computer using proprietary software from ASTRO which can be inconvenient.

I have always been a fan of the offset sticks on the Xbox controller, now I can finally enjoy them on my PS4, great controller with tons of customization and button mapping.

Loved it for a while then the toggles had some drift after a while. I recommend getting the replacement plan JUST IN CASE. Was worth it for us.

Died a little over a year so warranty didn’t cover it. Used only a handful of times because of exterminating circumstances. Highly disappointed. Threw away.

This is the worst controller I have ever used. The analog sticks have the worst quality build. They break after a month of use and then you start getting stick drift on the right analog stick. The left analog stick also has problems and you can not run full sprint in games because of the broken analog stick. I have had 4 of these controllers due to the best buy warranty and they are the worst purchase I have made. This controller does not even deserve half a star.

The controller set up was too complicated for console use. The perks are not worth it. Over priced. Astro doesn't play nice with consoles...

I have tried a few different controllers and by far the astro is my favorite of all of them. My favorite feature is the thumb sticks can be moved offset like a Xbox controller.
