However, when it is connected to the charging cord, it becomes unusable. The cursor floats around and does not respond to the trackpad, nothing loads, just nothing. I wonder if it is related to the heat generated in the device when it is charging. On the plus side, it charges super fast. But I can't have the downtime. I am going to contact Best Buy about exchanging for a model without this bug.

The two factors I looked for were size and quality. I think this book checks off both of those boxes. However, it exclusive for virtual learning. I don't plan to use it for any sort of streaming services or gaming, so, I am hoping that it will last a long time.

Surprisingly great for the price

Ordered it for my mother in law to give her a simple machine to write with and it's quick to set-up with snappy performance. My only minor complaint is that they swapped out the caps-lock key with a menu key that brings up the Chrome OS dashboard, other than that, we love it.
