Wasn't exactly planning on 10/26/15, upon entering my local "Best Buy" store, to make a purchase of a new "notebook" computer, but, received great customer service from the staff in the Computer Dept. + in the Cell Phone Dept. (upgraded via my Verizon wireless carrier, from my current LG flip-phone, to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Smart Phone.)

Streams YouTube fine, connects to WiFi easily, wonderful buy

It's a decent chrome book considering I bought it to replace a broken laptop.

My business partner bout this Asus 13.3 Chromebook for our clients to use during visits. It is great for web browsing and checking email. The Intel Celeron processor chip and 2GB Memory make it a decent little computer for the price. Anytime you can pick up a laptop for under $200 dollars you can't go wrong. What I like about the chrome book operating system is you can login from anywhere in all of your preferences and favorites are there. You can check your email and read your online documents all in one place. The idea of having a Gmail account tied to your chrome book is very convenient. I would recommend this laptop for anybody looking for a Chromebook. Asus makes a very high Quality product and you can feel it just by using the keyboard. The keys are very sturdy, and don't make a lot of noise.

My former laptop was awesome, it was huge (16") but heavy and bulky. That doesn't work so well for lugging back and forth to campus especially with arthritis...I still use it for watching movies. It was harder than I thought it would be to find a laptop that would work for my accounting homework. Lately there's been a big trend for smaller, thinner, lighter laptops that could pop into a purse. Although I needed it to be light weight, I needed something big enough for a 10 key pad, and found that most laptops that have one are "business laptops," that were all over my college student's budget. This was the only laptop that was affordable, light enough for my arthritis, and big enough for a full size keyboard and number pad I could find. It works wonderfully and fits my needs to a T. I took off one star because the space bar sticks (but since I work with numbers and don't write papers, its not a big deal for me), and the sound system sucks for playing music.

This was a great laptop for about a year. Very responsive and was a great internet device. However, the Chromebook now doesn't function. We received an error saying that Chrome OS could not be detected. Prior to that, I was just looking at the CNN website and then I went to bed. I hadn't even turned it off...when my husband got on the computer, it had the error message on it. Anyway, I followed the instructions to set-up a recovery on a flash drive and the recovery did not work. We allowed the recovery to run all night.... When it didn't work, I tried it all again, and still no luck. I guess if you are ok with spending $170.00 (including tax) to access the internet for year, knowing you will be buying a new laptop, it's a good buy...about $15/month. But you may be lucky to get a 2 year life on this thing.

Looked for a long time& ended up with this one. I love ut! It's light, does what it needs to do, & looks great. I use it for school and everyday uses and it holds up.

I got this computer thinking that it would be a good college computer and it would be exactly what I needed, to access the internet and write papers. The first three weeks, it did just that. However, as time went on, the computer will automatically disable its WiFi connection and it will not turn back on until I either restart my computer a bunch of times (I had to do it 27 times once) or keep my computer off for at least an hour before it searches for WiFi. I looked online for solutions and there is no reasonable solution and there are a lot of others who are experiencing this problem as well. All my drivers are up to date and there is no hardware damage. Long story short, this computer is a piece of absolutely horrible

it's an ok product, but it has a very cheap build quality.
