It's compact and lightweight. Display is clear. Great for the basics and at a great price. The speed had been really good as well as the battery life.

Simple laptop that’s connected to Google. Bought it for my dad for Father’s Day and he is happy with it. Not an high end computer but gets the job done for him and is satisfied.

I bought this laptop as an "Open Box". I received the laptop loose inside the shipping box, with the original ASUS laptop box opened as well, sitting side by side, and missing much of the original stuff. It's beyond my understanding why nobody at BestBuy took the time to put the laptop inside its box, and tape it shut. I guess nobody there cared enough to try to protect the product from damage during transit. I decided to keep it, and stop thinking about it because I felt exhausted dealing with BestBuy, since their online services are never available. BTW, this laptop is great for traveling, writing and reviewing text. Very light. It came with Windows 10 S mode, with a free upgrade to Windows 11, S mode as well, and a year of Microsoft 365. Mode S can be disabled, but I tried that on an ASUS 32GB storage model, and now the Windows updates are bigger than the available space, so staying away from that now. It's not good for gaming. Gaming or video streaming are not without hiccups. Nothing is upgradable. And it does not have a microSD slot. Only 1 x HDMI, 2 x USB 3.x, and 1 x USB C.

Great pc for the low price. Only 4 stars due to the fact of the ram. Only comes with 4gb of Ram. Would have liked to see 8 there. Can't do much these days with only 4. But it deos what it was purchased for and that was to check emails, do a little paperwork, and skype to the family. I just wouldn't expect it to play a big game like Fortnite or COD. It will play fb games though. :)

I just needed a laptop to carry around with me to check my email and do minor tasks, but I didn't want to spend lots of money. I already have a laptop at home for that. This one is perfect. Fast, great pics, great size. Everything I wanted for not much money.

Great little laptop for the price ...fast for general use. (Surfing etc) nice screen . Battery seems to do well. Still hasn't completely died and it is used for approximately 1 to 2 hours daily or 2 days . Sound could be better but overall very pleased

After initial setup and install of the updates the speed of this Windows 11 laptop exceeded my expectations for a low-end CPU model. I did not install any games and cannot comment on gaming speed or frame speed. For the price, size, battery life and reasonable speed this makes a great second laptop for travel, backup or school.

I bought this laptop for my mom and it works very well for what she needs.

I was in the market needing a laptop that is functionally capable for light work and recreational use with storage and I could easily transport from room to room and woolah. After researching and comparing different retail or online outlets this laptop is by far the absolute fave especially for the phenomenal price. This laptop is ok and probably worth the price and the use. My 8 year old daughter uses this for school work at home. The screen is very light and the speed is just ok, but it works for what we need it for. The mouse pad stopped working, not sure what happened. We’re using an external mouse.

this rating is based off the fact that i paid less than 100 for this computer as an open box item. the item was in satisfactory condition but everything worked fine and i couldnt really tell why it was so lowly graded. the computer works well no hiccuped surfing the web and filling out documents. overall i highly recommend it but only if its less or around 100 dollars. tht original price of 230-250 no way would i buy this.

Great laptops for the price and needs, use this laptop to tune the ecu in my race car and works just fine!

I baught it for simple tasks and its size. Works well for what I baught it. Its a bit slow since only has 4g RAM but I was aware. I just save the info in a cloud or external hard drive.

The pros: faster than it would seem, good memory and the keyboard is fantastic. The cons: the trackpad isn't the best and the screen is lower quality alongside the lower resolution.

The 5 star rating may not apply to all who use this computer. We bought this strictly for web browsing and email as we have 2 others for work related use. Another feature was that it can be upgraded to Windows 11 once that update is available. It's light weight, easily moved from room to room, and boots up quickly, perhaps because we did not load any other software programs onto it. As for battery life, we use the AC adapter most of the time so I can't give an accurate review. The sales staff was very helpful and actually recommended I consider a Chromebook for my use, but being more comfortable with Windows I passed on that suggestion.

Bought for my wife,easy to use and navigate. It's a nice size. As always,it's an Asus for me.
