I only needed web browsing while I was traveling out of state. I did not buy a high end laptop since I already have a high end home set up. At home I have a 42" 4k display, desktop with Ryzen R5950x 16 core 32 thread processer, 32 gb ram, rtx3060ti (kinda low end GPU but will upgrade with the next gen rx 7000 series when it drops) so what would be the point of a faster laptop I will only use a handful of times?

Also had to take windows 10 out of s mode to be able to download apps from google play.

It destroys the DNS ability to get to so many websites and makes the internet connection break even though it is still connected. So, resetting the modem is a regular need to get the computer working again.
