It crashed & had to restart at least twice within the first few hours of start up. DONT buy this. Unless you enjoy waiting

Its very light & pretty. Worth its price.

Went to Bestbuy for help and was told I cannot return it even though I haven't even owned it for more than two weeks at the time. Went to GeekSquad, the gentlemen was nice, but said only thing we can do is have as minimum things installed on the computer or buy an upgrade for the new computer. So, disappointing birthday present.
