    Terrible laptop. Not worth the price. I knew going into it that going on the cheaper side it wouldn’t be the best. However, this is far worse than what I was expecting. You’re basically watching paint dry with getting anything to load. I only use this laptop to check emails, watch YouTube. The bare minimum.

    I would never buy a computer from ASUS again. I purchased this laptop and the volume is EXTREMELY low. Best Buy wouldn’t exchange it and ASUS wanted me to send them my laptop with no loaner which would cause me to miss numerous class assignments.

    Asus bloatware comes back through Windows update, so even a fresh install of Windows doesn’t help. I guess the only way to get bloatware-free Windows laptops these days is to buy from Microsoft.

    Ugly laptop. Not same laptop pictured.

    MIt is NOT aesthetically the same laptop as advertised they changed the design. It’s ugly. Will most likely return. This advertisement needs new pictures. 0 stars do not reccommend.

    Memory not upgradable

    Nice little laptop but description is wrong, memory is NOT upgradable so probably will need to replace in a year as requirements needed increase.

    Windows 11 S mode nightamare!

    Can't take it out of windows 11 S mode!!!! S mode is like a jail for your computer! can't install almost anything!!

      Press Win+R to open the Run prompt.
      Type msconfig and hit the Enter button.
      Switch to the Boot tab.
      Remove the tick from the Safe boot checkbox.
      Click the OK button.

      1. Unplug the charger
      2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute
      3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally

    Personally I love this computer it’s such a good price and works GOOD I’ve never had glitches or issues it’s mainly Microsoft not chrome but you can download chrome browser and it works good!
