I'm happy with my new asus 14.0" laptop N4020 that I bought sept. 29. 2022, It works very good, the battery life is also good and so is the price. I use it every day it's not slow at all . So far so good. I would recommend it to anyone ..If I'm in need of a second laptop I won't hesitate to buy the same one. Thank you best buy...I always get good deals ...

This laptop is great for web browsing, online shopping, and typing documents and spreadsheets. Because this has only 4Gb of memory, not very many tasks can be completed at once. Also, due to the storage space being only 64Gb, not very many things can be stored on it. This computer has Windows 11 and S (Security)-Mode is turned on by default. S-Mode can be great for new computer users since it doesn't allow you to install any application that isn't in the Microsoft Store. S-Mode can be easily turned off but it can't be turned back on. Again, this laptop works best for very basic computer tasks. In any case, I like how the computer is thin and lightweight. Since this doesn't use a typical hard drive, it's not noisy nor does it warm up. One of the unique features that I like is that the touchpad doubles as a numeric keypad. If you're looking for a laptop to check email and browse the web, this laptop can accomplish the job for you.

Oh I love this laptop is so light and reliable. Please make more of these they are soo good and my son he loves it. He can carry it around school easily without problems and it has enough storage space for all his work. This is an excellent laptop for high school students or business workers alike.

Easy not use and for travel. Speed set very fast but for overall usage works great

Great lapfor the price have had it for a few years only complaint is little to no storage but you can buy a drive for it Note I don't have it on me right now so can't share photos

Love my new Asus. I had it for a year still works perfectly. I brought it to do my school work, but now I use it business. The compact size and it being light weight makes it easier to carry around with me. I gave it four stars because I realized I need the screen to be bigger than the 13.5 inches. But overall I recommend this laptop.

Pretty good laptop, it does everything i need it to but it only has 64GB storage which would be fine if you actually got all 64GB instead you get like 34GB which becomes much less once you start opening apps because every app you open needs an update before you use it plus the laptop itself needs an update that plus the 2GB i used to download a game 34GB quickly goes down to 13GB i highly recommend buying a external hard drive before or at the same time as the laptop

Great price for the laptop, light weight and easy to use

I got this laptop for my son. So far so good. He hasn't had any complaints with it. The speed is good. The battery life is good. It's not slow. I would recommend.

Small Compact. Great for travel. Turns on very quickly

Very lightweight, durable laptop. Good for work tasks (MS Office, internet, live streaming). Can't say if it has the chops for games; I'm not a gamer. Very good item for the price.

Ordered this laptop for school and love it for what it is. The laptop was extremely affordable and I was able to complete and access all necessary assignments for school with no problem. Would definitely recommend as a starter laptop or for single uses

I use this laptop to supplement my main laptop at work. It works well for my needs in my office and was more inexpensive than purchasing a monitor. I don't require a lot of processing power - I mostly use it for emailing and document drafting. It's lightweight and the screen is nice and big. I don't use the number pad embedded in the touchpad, but it's aesthetically interesting. The battery lasts 4-6 hours with continuous use. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

Asus laptop that worked very well for Students at school. I purchased 10 of them. Definitely worth the money. We used it for testing online for students.

This is a nice budget laptop. I think it's a good value for the price. The laptop has a nice, solid feel, and it has the basic ports (HDMI, USB-2, two USB-3). The 64 GB SSD is small, and with only the Windows 11 operating system, Microsoft Edge, and Office 365, a bit less than half of that is still free. Best Buy included 1 year of Office 365 with my purchase, and that comes with 1 TB of cloud storage, so that helps with the small local SSD. The colors on the screen are fairly nice and the speaker is adequate. I plan to use this laptop for Internet access, e-mail, some basic Office functions, etc. I think it's perfectly adequate for that. It's probably not appropriate for heavy duty operations, gaming, etc. As a side note, the laptop has a funky touch pad. Based on reviewing the manual (which I recommend you download), it seems really powerful. But it seems really complicated as well. I think I'll stick to a mouse. I think the laptop supports a Bluetooth mouse, but I haven't tried that yet.

Good for the price. Processor works faster than I anticipated. I love the size and look of the laptop. They only reason for a 4 rating is because the number pad keeps accidentally coming on because of where it's located.

This is a good little laptop for basic things. I bought mine so that my 8 year-old could play some low res games on it. Unbeknownst to me that this rig was even lower than my old gaming PC that was over a decade old. Keep its use simple, and worst case scenario, be prepared to upgrade a couple things, like the RAM and the HD.
