Was an adjustment from Windows 10 to 11, it doesn’t have as much memory as I’d like, but it is very reliable.

This laptop does not have much storage and definitely gets burnt out after a year or so, but if you are just using it for light work it's great. The keypad is kind of annoying and it is easy to accidentally turn it on.

I would like to rate this as "really good" more like a 4.5. Yes it has some quirks but overall it is a really good value especially when it is on sale. I try to let other's know when it is on sale since so many people hang on to older PC's, maybe over 5 - 10 years old, and should upgrade, especially to a PC with an SSD drive which this PC has. It doesn't have the high end specs, but as many are saying will get you buy for normal and basic tasks. To the reviewer who said that MS office is slow I would disagree, it is just fine. Maybe initially needs a few seconds to boot but that is the same on all machines. I also really like the design and the charger, very portable and lightweight as well. I received my unit via Fedex very quickly.

Bang for your buck, this laptop was exactly what I needed to get through school at the time. Seriously, if you’re avoiding chromebooks and just need all of the basic functions, then this thing is for you. I was even able to run a few simpler video games on it with no issues. Definitely worth the cost

I love the color of my Asus laptop! It is good for surfing the internet and watching movies. But the 2 cons I dislike about it is that it does not have a lot of data for storage. Also the keypad mouse with calculator is not so great, it comes on and off. It is best to buy a mouse to use separately.

Though the size of the eMMC system drive and RAM are on the small side, this machine runs Windows 11 smoothly, and so far, the response has been very snappy. This obviously won't match the performance of a powerful dektop system, but it's just perfect for someone who wants to experience the portability and convenience of a laptop, without paying the premium price!

It is a nice little laptop to use while traveling, etc. My only complaint is that it comes with Windows 11S. The complaint is more about Windows 11 than it is about the laptop. With the S mode, you can't install software except for what Microsoft approved without first taking it out of S mode. I did my research and found out how to take it off S mode and I was able to install software like PC Matic virus protection. I am sure there will be many people who won't have the knowledge to do this and Microsoft will make more money. Shame on Microsoft

Works amazing! Very fast, thrilled with this purchase. Seriously, didn’t have crazy high expectations because it is a budget laptop with modest specs. But this Asus works significantly better than my prior $350.00 HP with better specs. This laptop streams, no problem. I’m able to multitask with visual boy advance while watching live sports streams on Xfinity. I genuinely can’t give enough praise to this very reasonably priced laptop.

This is a great laptop for school work. The performance is excellent and the battery life is great.

It can run linux well.. I didn’t really try with Windows because 4gb of ram on an operating system that’s gonna be using 3/4 of that doesn’t sound too fun.. if I remember correctly, I was able to put an nvme in there which is pretty awesome feature considering what it is. Ultimately, I ended up returning it because the ram is not expandable as the specs state. Such a disappointment because otherwise I actually liked it. The 8gb would have made it perfect for a small productivity machine.. I just wish they would stop with 4gb systems. It’s foolish and makes so many products look bad when they actually would be decent with a bit more memory. In turn it makes the companies look bad too as most average users don’t understand specs too well. On one hand, that’s why they buy it because they don’t know better but on the other, the poor performance will lead people to think the company just stinks.. anyway, 4gb/Windows systems should not exist. I would gladly pay couple of bucks more for the better performance.
