This is an Amazing Laptop! I love it because I was in need of a new laptop for college and this one came through! I love the features and everything about it!

ALL in ALL for a laptop just entering into obsolete status it did better than i had though but not as i hoped. Unfortunately programs are too heavy for it's aged abd tired prosessor. But it did everything oi needed it do . I'm sure it was worth it. I mean it had to be it got stolen from me on the city bus.

is not heavy good for carry all the time, enough for some work and runs on windows

After about 18 months I started having major issues with the hardware. I know you can't expect too much from a bottom of the line, cheap laptop, but I expected it to last at least two years before starting to fall apart.

Needed a basic laptop. Like the size, portability and the price. Great deal.

Set up was easy. It's very lightweight and portable. Great size for what I need. Love the calculator on the touch pad but since it is a little off center from the actual keyboard itself, if the calculator is engaged, it types onto the screen when I am trying to type. This means I need to intentionally keep my hands away from the keypad. Little annoying but not bad.

my laptop Asus intel Celeron n4020es very good and easy for working and fester to download my documents and videos and games. the price was very good.

Broken with 1.5 years of normal usage. Its not power on.

i love it , just right for the little things i do on it works real good for a basic lap top fast the size is just right not to small or to big

perfect laptop for business or school. lightweight and can fit to a back pack easily. very affordable for a very good laptop specs

I used the product for several days. Everything worked fine with the one exception that I am not agile enough to copy accurately on the keyboard. Most of my computer use involves a lot of typing, so I need an accurate input. I had to this point used a desk top. So, the lap top was a new experience for me. I had to return this machine to Best Buy and they accepted my return without any problems. I purchased from Best Buy another ASUS, this one 15.6, and I am working well. Thanks Best Buy.

Great, inexpensive laptop. Runs windows 10 beautifully and is incredibly light-weight. Lowest price I have seen for this model. Best Buy shipped it quickly. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Excelent labtop for high school. Great price and good speed. You can increment memory with a flash drive.
