Good laptop for school

I've been using it for just about a month now for college, and it's done everything I've asked of it. It isn't the fanciest, but it's well worth the price.

Open box laptop

The laptop was in great condition & a really good price. I am glad that that I turned it on to check settings / software. Someone had created a log in password & the Geek Squad had not done a "factory reset". The reset was done and I came back a bit later to pick it up. No issues at this point --- seems to be a good laptop.

Everyone was crazy busy, yet nice and helpful. I will say the managers were very busy trying to keep up with requests in various areas in the store. It was a bit difficult to find someone to help me in the laptop area, but only because of how busy they were. Additional employees would definitely be appropriate.
