If anything I hope to get a replacement for one with the backlight

In order to improve the touchpad and keyboard responsiveness and stability, please install all recommended WINDOWS Update. The touchpad and keyboard will be momentarily unresponsve if Windows update are being downloaded or installed. Also, if you are accessing web applications, please verify if the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect the the touchpad and keyboard performance.

The screws on the back were beginning to come out I had to try to screw them back in. The laptop is beginning to act as if it doesn’t want to hold battery any longer because when I take the charger out it literally is completely dead and I have to keep the charger in while using it.
