I have had no issues other than when I listen to Spotify for awhile that my mini external speakers start to freeze and make a noise. Other than that, I love it. I do have to add that buying a external memory drive will make your laptop last way longer and helps it avoid being bogged down and slow. I believe that's the reason it's been pretty good to me. I don't install too much on the PCs drive. I would definitely buy again in Asus Brand. Windows HP has been failing me lately.

Liked light weight, issue with Virtual Background

Regarding Virtual Background for Zoom and Webex, those apps says it does not meet the system requirement. So, I cannot blurr or use an image for the background. I hope Brand response will be able to resolve this problem. Also, I had a hard time to install a printer driver for my old HP LJ 1320 because the printer is not found even though it is connected directly with USB. Fortunately, I could fix it by downloading the Universal Print Driver and installed Driver Deployment Utility. Otherwise, I was thinking of returning this. Anyway, after I could install the printer, I'm satisfied with this as I bought this for $149.99+tax and it's lighter than other comparable machines (lenovo, HP, Samsung...)

We definitely understand the impression this may have created and we hope this will not be a long term lasting impression as you have chosen ASUS as a trusted brand for excellence. This feature requires a Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 4000 series or higher, 8 GB or more of RAM and 2 GB or more of VRAM for dedicated GPUs. Regrettably this model does not meet the requirements.

No frills, quality, low cost notebook

No expandable RAM slots, so you're stuck with 4GB. But you can add an SSD for more space. I use this primarily to surf the web, email and to cast music and video to my TV. Got a good price on it, happy with the purchase.
