It actually is a great computer. I love the quick start up and shut down. The only complaint is that it's hard to see the keys. The letters on the keys blend in to much. Hard to make them out.

I love the small size, the screen is adequate and seems large. It starts up and powers down quickly. Easily stores in my backpack with minimal space. The keys can be difficult to see in some lighting but overall I'm glad I got it, great little laptop for on the go living!

I work with children and this laptop is perfect for what I need. Currently having some issues with my mouse, but luckily no touch screen issues. The durability is great!

Great speedy laptop. Nice gun metal silver, wish they made a protector case. Battery only charges to 70 percent so cuts use time. I'm not sure this is a defect or a way to save battery.

My wife uses this laptop for transcribing. When compared to our previous computer, the sound was very noticeably low, too low for her to hear it easily. We then checked in the store to test the volume and confirmed that it was noticeably lower volume that other comparable laptops. Thus, we chose to return it. Also, the touchpad was very twitchy, which also factored into our decision. That may have been a one-off problem and by itself, it would likely have gone back as well. Come on ASUS, you have forced me back into ANOTHER HP!

My purchase has been great from beginning to end. The sales clerk was the best that i have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable and spent time to get my daughter and i exactly what we wanted. The laptop has exceeded my expectations and i love using it.

I really liked this computer. This Device will give you 2 MB of dedicated Graphics memory. I think you can expand expand it if you go into the bios. This is a very good quality Device.

Got this laptop when my other one stopped charging- I love it! I had an issue with the Microphone to begin with, but that got fixed quickly. Asus has great tech support, and this computer is perfect for everything I am using it for! Work, Video Chats, etc.

The speakers are not too loud and the fans sometimes get louder than the speakers. However excellent for the cost.

As a Mac user typically, I had to purchase this computer in order to run one required program for work. It was lost cost and has been efficient for what I need it for.

Sound is awful but everything else is great. Left my MacBook and went to this and am so much happier.

I love the size of my new laptop. It is great for working on it while I am traveling and just the perfect size for my travel bag. It took me a few days to get used to the smaller keyboard but I am used to it now. The resolution of the screen it great.

I have had this laptop now for 6 months and had zero issues. Runs great love the AMD series for the value. Wireless connectivity is amazing. I run verizon gigabit at home and regularly get 400gb on this machine. Super durable casing.

I was sceptical at first to buy this laptop I just automatically assumed because it had a flex the laptop will have issues sooner than later but I have been using it for a few months now not a single issue. So dont judge a laptop by it's flexibility

I like the ease in setup, size of keyboard, display quality. Wish the backlit keys were a bit brighter in daylight conditions.

Good for what it is, just didn't have enough power for he way we need it to use it. Had to return it and get something with higher spec hardware. Not bad if you just need to surf the web and use it for email.

It a good computer. I have not had any problem with it. The speed is good. The picture had great quality. I it’s like a computer and a tablet in one.

During this pandemic I thought that this was not a quality laptop. I was proven wrong it is came through time and time again the screen is so vivid in color easy to type on the keyboard love the way it lights up great choice I made.
