It's a war on patients with this machine every time I use it. At this very moment as I write my review, Bluetooth is dropping out every 3 or so seconds. All drivers are updated and troubleshooting tells me nothing is wrong. What is wrong is I CANNOT us this machine with Bluetooth. Using the touch pad proves to be another total pain in the ***! The touch pad is about 40% responsive, I almost have to pound on it, a tap does not work most of the time. Moving the pointer around the screen is sticky or won't move at all sometimes. Other times the pointer will fly off the screen where I can't find it because it won't respond to my touch. Every program I've attempted to use from the time I got this device home will at some point shut down, no reason, no explanation. Simply viewing my email client and the system will lock up with my only option it to soft boot. And more issues show up every time, I feel like I'm trying to solve a problem 75% where <25% barely being able to complete a task without frustration. I am truly disappoint with this machine and more frustrated that I paid many hundreds of dollars for something that < blanks> me off every I TRY to use it. Shame on you ASUS for such a product. Shame on you Best Buy for the price you charge and then charging more money to access tech support. Sincerely, Very Sad Brand New Windows Laptop Owner

I def am glad I got an affordable computer which I needed. The only thing I wish it had was the Ethernet connection.

I can't see the keyboard keys and haven't figured out how to turn on the keyboard light ed keys. And it seems like the battery life is not very long.

The only change I would make is a higher resolution camera for video chatting or Zoom meetings can be a bit grainy, other than that great purchase.

This was purchased for a College Freshman. She had no trouble setting up and using her Asus laptop. She hasn’t complained about anything, so it must be good.

Love my new laptop. I was considering the HP but I am really glad I got the Asus. Comes with windows 10 and has facial recognition to access my laptop.

Asus zenbook is perfect! It loads quickly and even though it's a 14 " screen, it is big enough to see but small enough to be super transportable. I do miss my side number keys though, but I am getting use to the top row.

I was in need of a new laptop and really liked the surface pro but the cost was a bit much for my budget. I came across this 14" Asus laptop and it has everything I liked about the surface pro but for a more budget friendly price.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. It isn't too big, it boots up and shuts down quickly, the sound quality is better than I expected, and I love that you can fold it over to use as a tablet. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was needing to replace my laptop and needed something basic. The associate (Michael?) was able to give me great advice and I'm very happy with my purchase and confident I made the right choice based on his recommendations.

I have had bad experiences with asus products in the past so I was very hesitant on purchasing another one. However, I approve of this laptop. It has been very reliable, good on memory and has a good processor.

This laptop has been the best I have ever bought and the best decision I could have made as a college student! I get to take notes in class easily, focus on multiple tasks and best of all, it connects to my airpods!

Love this machine. Need some help, one of my keys no longer will stay on keyboard. How do i fix?

Disappointing. I bought this computer sight-unseen - on the recommendation of Best Buy sales personnel. They were not aware of some of the problematic features: As a total tech member, Best Buy was very responsive in trying to make the computer work and ultimately, in taking it back. I strongly recommend the geek squad.

The build quality is excellent. The screen is amazing with those wonderful little bezels. The screen is bright and responsive and is a joy to look at and interact with almost every respect.

Bought for daughter since college went to online classes and her other one started having issues. Working great for what she needs

Purchased for my Grand daughter’s virtual classes, works beautifully, allowing her to do video classes and other activities that would slow the school issued chromebook to a crawl.

Only thing I wish is that it had more hard drive space. However, I'm a fan of this computer and found it to be a very good value.

DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP! I've had this for a year and 3 months. All I use it for is basic school work, nothing else. It completely died on me in the middle of my finals. I took it to Best Buy and they said it's an issue with the motherboard and it could cost $90 to ship to ASUS and $700 to replace the motherboard. This laptop is absolute trash. I contacted ASUS for assistance and they told me the same thing Best Buy did. I have 2 projects and 3 finals and the right thing to do would've been to replace the laptop immediately. I don't care that I'm 3 months past the warranty, there's no reason a laptop should burn out this soon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It seems like they only make products to last just until your warranty is up. I had a MacBook for 10 years and never had a single issue. I will never purchase anything from asus again.

Bought for my college age son. He loves the SSD drive and how fast it boots up, and for what he uses it for the specs are great. Very thin and lightweight, too. Also got it for a good price!
