It is a great laptop, but the trackpad can be a little glitchy.

Bought this computer for work, so far it has been a good computer

very well made, great keyboard really nice screen. was looking for a 14' with the new AMD processor and this was perfect. the battery last a long time. got it on sale so that was a plus

I wish the keyboard lettering was darker. The light blue against the grey background blends in too much.

I purchased this laptop as a gift for my son's high school graduation. He currently uses it for his online college courses and loves it. It is an awesome laptop.

Wanted a more portable laptop to take on trips. Very good product. Very responsive backlit keys and lightweight. Would recommend for anyone needing a second smaller, portable laptop.

This is a very versatile computer for the price. My 2nd one...the first one went to my grand daughter for college.

My last laptop was way to small the keyboard was adjusted to accommodate its size. It made it very difficult to type. This laptop is the perfect size to type without being bulky.

Item works great and everything as described. Delivered in a large box with the small original laptop box inside, easily banged around, only one sheet of bubble wrap loosly placed..no foam or anything to protect it while in transport. I'm happy it came in one piece but, best buy needs to care a little bit more about how their expensive items are being shipped.

I had this same version but with the Intel processor. This is so much better. I think AMD has won me over

All Apple people but needed a PC due to software only on PC. Best Buy agent was of great help as know little about PC tech and hardware. Very pleased with this recommendation.

Powerful and light. This was bought as a gift and is being used every day. Easy to use and very good battery life.

I like the size & tablet conversion option. Would have appreciated more basic info on useage/ options.

Bought this laptop for my son who was starting his freshman year in college. The sales associate was really helpful with our decision on purchasing this particular laptop.

The 2-1 laptop is good, has plenty of good futures. It has touch screen, card reader, a nice 'very small' charger, and the price is just fine. The only annoying part is the noise that comes from the fun for simple task as when windows antivirus is scanning. This should be a simple task for this computer, but it seems 'heavy' for this small machine.
