In ZOOM and other video meetings I can be seen can see participants but NO ONE can hear me. Geek Squad could NOT help me and offered me to pay $200 for them to help me. I already PAID for this device and it has been two months since purchase and can not use it for the purpose of the purchase. I have to go into the store for an appt due to COVID19 I have to wait ANOTHER 12 DAYS!!

The look and the feel are better than average. The issue has been the microphone since we purchased (especially in this virtual environment). We have tried all of the options to get the microphone to work but have been unsuccessful.
