Speed/Performance are good as well as appearance and weight. But the two biggest problems I have are the keyboard and speakers. The keyboard is really terrible, NO ONE puts emphasis on this. There is white lettering on a silver keyboard that does not light up during day light, so unless you use this in complete darkness, you will not see the keys...at all...unless you tilt it in all sorts of directions. So unless you have all the keys memorized, or don't really need the keyboard very much, this will be really frustrating. Second, is the sound quality/speaker volume. In a quiet room, with speakers on max volume, the sound is so quiet. It is only decent if you wear headphones, I would've never bought a laptop that requires this for just adequate sounds. I've run the trouble shooter, looked for any solution online but nothing makes this better. My last computer had speakers on the bottom just like this one, and the sound, without headphones or external speakers, was fantastic. If it wasn't so difficult to return items or navigate customer service during the quarantine, I would've returned this the next day Obviously satisfaction is subjective but I wish another review would've portrayed these negatives in a much bigger light

Do understand your disappointment with the keyboard design and low loudness level of the internal speakers.
Regarding the issue with the backlit keyboard, it is recommended to turn it off or adjust the keyboard brightness level while working in a well illuminated room or area, by tapping the hotkeys, F7, repeatedly. Also, try to adjust the brightness level on the keys base the illumination of your work area.
The laptop is in a slim form-factor, the size of the internal speaker will be smaller compare to laptop with thicker casing. However, the audio quality is still decent for a tiny speakers. We do recommend using a headset or external speaker systems for better listerning pleasure or experience.
