Since the laptop doesn't have a disc drive or massive storage it ramps up quickly and operates at a very good speed. The unit comes with AMD Ryzen 5 3500 processor. Obviously, no internal storage means that you need to store your data on a server on your network or in the cloud. The unit comes with Win Home10, but Office is a trial version. This is not exclusive to Asus. It is the way it is today. Software is going to cost you money. The keyboard is comfortable. There is back lighting for the keyboard which helps my tired eyes. The silver background on the keyboard makes the letters tough to see if the keyboard is not on full illumination. This issue may be exclusive to my eyes, but it is noted here. The screen folds back onto itself and touch technology is responsive and fun. 360 degree flip ability is amazing. The screen image is very good. Comes with hdmi, usb, usb 3.1, usb 3.1 C headphone, micro sd, and an amazing battery life. The speaker is good and good is hard to achieve in a laptop. This is a very good dual laptop. The my asus app puts everything at your fingertips if you want to make system changes. Standard 1 year warranty Asus is a good option in this category. They can compete with anyone as this laptop shows.
