I previously had the ASUS 11.6” 2-in-1 with intel 5 and loved it. However, it was starting to get laggy and the battery was draining a little too quickly so I decided to get a new one before this semester started. This laptop did not disappoint! The Ryzen 5 is a better processor and this laptop had a sleeker more apple-like design. It’s thin and more squared off and has much smaller bezels. It also has face ID which is a luxurious bonus. Definitely recommend for someone in college!

This Asus laptop is AMAZING! It’s lightning fast and the keyboard is so smooth and the battery last a long, long time. I love that when you open the laptop on a solid surface, it elevates the backside of the computer allowing for the cooling ports to be exposed. The laptop was fully functional out of the box with ZERO bloat ware. This is my favorite laptop..even better than MacBook Air. Highly recommended by a nursing school student!

I needed to get a fast and reliable laptop to work from home, and based on the reviews I read, I ended up getting this. Happy to say that I’m very satisfied! Everything runs smoothly and quickly, and it’s got a nice and slim/sleek profile which makes it comfortable to have in my lap for extended periods of time. Worth the money!

I got this laptop after returning my new HP Pavilion for crashing just 30 days after I bought it. It was suggested that I pay a small price to upgrade to the Asus. What a great decision! I stream movies and internet and work on spreadsheets primarily and this laptop is the best. I love the picture and the sound. The speed is excellent. I love that I can convert it to a tablet for confined spaces. It's a great buy!!

Best Laptop I’ve Purchase. ASUS is an excellent brand.

This was a good buy, especially with the $100 sale price during the time I made my purchase. I don't often use the 2 in 1 option (yet) so I can't speak to how well the hinge works over time. The size is perfect for my needs and I connect it to an external monitor when working in my office. Two things I have not liked: The USB-C does not support video out. So, the dock I purchased to have additional USB and ethernet connections will not work for HDMI. You have to plug the HDMI cable directly into the laptop -- not a biggie but one more cable to plug and unplug every time. I wish I had known to ask this question ahead of time. It would have saved me buying a couple of different docks and time with tech support people trying to figure the HDMI connection. Second, I find the backlighting of the keyboard is not good. It lights the letters OK but doesn't illuminate the shift characters very well. If you have all of this memorized this might be a problem but I still have to look for certain characters. Overall, I am pleased with this laptop.

I'm really enjoying this laptop so far. It's compact, speedy and does what I need it to do. If I had one wish it would be that the letters and numbers be black on the keys. They are silver, which makes them a little hard to see in dim light.

Bought this laptop after I was delegated to work remotely from home. My old laptop wasn’t fast enough to run the network programs, so my son looked at the different laptops available at Bestbuy and suggested it. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The computer is fast, smart, and easy to use. Other than the keyboard backlighting not being bright enough, I love this lightweight, good looking laptop.

Perfect size and weight to lug around a college campus. Handles multiple applications well. If there’s any downside it would be that it seems to be a little laggy at times in tablet mode. This is my first experience with a 2 in 1 so maybe it’s normal, definitely not a major issue but it is noticeable.

Due to the COVID-19, I was required to work from home. I decided to purchase a new laptop because the one I had was old and not reliable. The salesman at Best Buy Ryan B was very knowledgeable and steered me towards the ASUS - 14" Touch-Screen Laptop. I love it! It's fast and reliable and more than I need at the moment but something I can grow into and have for years to come.

love it! I had my previous asus for like 6 years. far past the normal life span of a laptop. I purchased a macbook air initially and couldnt stand it. sorry but microsoft windows just does it better. and you cant go wrong with ASUS. long lasting, reliable, fast, amazing. everything you're looking for.

This is a great 2 in 1 with a good battery. Should suffice for work and light gaming. I really like how the keybed raises when the screen opens wide as this allows for air flow. If you're looking for a decent 2 in 1 with a 14" screen, give it a try!!

I. Bought this laptop for my son, is very light and fast, he love it.

This is my second surface book. I moved up to the 15 inch model. Battery life is awesome and handy as I am in many meetings and not always convenient to plug in. Display is very good as well. Not the lightest and a bit on pricy side, but all the other benefits make it worth it.
