Doesn't feel cheap, great software, and impressive battery life. My only 2 complaints is I hate the backlighting of the keyboard, it doesn't light well, and the speakers are just terrible

Had bought it for my brother who was in his final engineering year .He enjoy the smooth flow of working on it .and is a very handy and 2 in one comfortable laptop . Glad to own on of that

This computer is exactly what I was looking for and more. I just started school and it has a lot of memory, fast speed, Microsoft office, touch screen, and a camera for all the zoom classes we have to do now. I would buy this computer again and again!

I bought this computer to use for school. I am not computer tech or geek. I just need to surf the internet, make post, voice threads, write papers and PowerPoints. I have used it sometimes for business. So I look forward to seeing what it can do. The speed is fine.

Based entirely on the recommendation of Best Buy dude, I bought ASUS Zenbook 14. Everything about it is better and faster than everything about my previous HP laptop.

After getting a new laptop every year, I have finally found the perfect one. AMD Ryzen 5 processor is amazing. 14" screen is the perfect size for compact laptop and being able to see. I use this for college and it is the best laptop I have used so far.

I love this new laptop! I did not know much about ASUS but I am so glad I made this purchase. The laptop is very fast and has the latest technology with a personal assistant too. I love the touch screen capability and the option of using it as a tablet.

The only complaint that I have is the back-lit keyboard is to "dim". The rest of the computer is first class and very easy to use. It is quick to ramp up, has excellent battery life, light, rugged package, very bright screen and good tactile keyboard.

Specs enough to run every day work. Touch screen make it easy to use. OK design and quality, especially given the price.

Love everything about my ASUS Laptop. One of the best choices I’ve made in laptops in recent years. Just the right size and speed whether on the road or working at home. I will totally recommend it to friends and family.

I’m not that tech savvy and have been researching laptops for weeks on end. I finally found this ASUS and love it! Using for school - so I didn’t need an i7 processor. The processing power of this i5 is extremely fast and responsive. No weird issues with the keyboard. I’ve very impressed. It will def get the job done for standard work and/or school. I haven’t tried gaming on it so can’t comment about that. I previously ordered and returned a Dell of comparable price and processing power because it was slow as molasses (15.6” screen). Design : super sleek (14” screen) and professional-looking. Folds and rotates as advertised. The laptop has got a little weight to it but nothing crazy, still very portable. Overall, just extremely satisfied with the price point, design, and ease of use!

Was wanting a smaller light weight laptop. Getting used to windows 10. Was hoping to get a user guide or a tutorial. Having to figure out everything on my own. I don't know what other advantages I am missing. Glad I have Geek Squad to call.

I am a student currently enrolled at Elgin community college, this laptop is perfect for all of my work in class and some light gaming at home(sims 4 and minecraft run great) sure this laptop is not a powerhouse but having the AMD graphics and CPU, Web-pages are snappy I haven't had any problems like other people had said. the screen light bleed is not anything noticeable like people have said you only see it when the computer starts up and then its gone from view. the build quality is also great for the price with nice metal and a nice back-lit keyboard(some keys are brighter than others though). overall I'm glad i did my research and got this laptop.

I bought my son this computer for school and highly recommend. The face recognition is awesome, the touch screen is super convenient, it doesn’t buffer while doing online school which is great. All around an amazing computer!

This is a very good laptop for my high school kid. My daughter was interested in macbook air, but she didn't like the keyboard touch and issue with keyboard reliability of macbook air. Upon finding this 2-in-1 laptop from ASUS, she was very happy with the quality of the build, color, keyboard touch, beautiful display and speed. She installed Mac OS like Linux (Elementary OS) without issue. She now have the environment of those 2 OSes, while having a touch screen which macbook air is missing. Lastly, the size and weight is perfect for her usage. The cost performance of this laptop farely high. And time will tell about the reliability of this laptop.

I was hesitant in purchasing this machine because I was unsure of the processor compared to the Intel processors. The Best Buy associate talked to me about my use and said that this was the best purchase available at the store at the moment. If you don't agree you can kindly return it within 14 days for a more costly unit with an Intel processor. The speed is more than enough to keep up with multiple applications that are both cloud and PC based at the same time. Most of the time I have several internet windows open, with Excel, Word, and email and this machine never bogs down. The only thing I haven't done on this machine is gaming and I don't see me doing any of that in the foreseeable future. If you need a great machine at an outstanding price, look no further.

I replaced an old dying laptop and I'm glad I chose this one. It has everything I need to work and enjoy entertainment. I love the touch screen!

I purchased this computer because I'm going back to school but going to take online classes. Computer is fast to be able get through my assignments. Allows me to go into tablet mode to read my assignments easier. Love my computer!

Very disappointed with Best Buy and Asus we bought this computer for our son who was starting University who has a visual impairment and a laptop is necessity when school started only after a few days the computer was not charging we took a receipt and the computer to Best Buy where we found out the best I could not help us because I received was from 20 days ago and supposedly there return rate is only 15 days they told us to call Asus and send the computer to Asus but it would take three weeks this was not an option due to my son's visual impairment and the necessity of having a computer to do his university courses I tried calling customer service I tried talking to managers excetera and nut anybody would help me I had to turn to an outside person to help me fix my computer it cost me $75 but I got it right away same day to fix a malfunction from Asus they did not solder down the charge port very frustrating and disappointing I will not purchase from Best Buy again due to their horrible warranty anybody else would have given me 30 days with an electronic and not left it up to me to take care of their issue and upset with Asus as well why are they not double-checking their work before they ship it out

Great computer and light to carry also. Bought this for my spouse for his music production & he loves it .
