The computer is very fast and doesn’t seem cheap at all. I would recommend buying a warranty because this computer is very light.

The first unit that I got was defective. The laptop will not stay on without the charger plugged in. I was quite disappointed, but I decided to exchange the laptop and gave it another try and I'm glad I did. I can game on it when I'm done with school work. I am able to run GTA 5 on it. The graphics are good enough for a person that does not game alot, but if you do care about the graphics you should look elsewhere. Overall this is a well-built laptop that can last you for years.

I recommend this laptop! I bought this laptop for going to college and so that I could play the Sims4. The laptop is amazing for both uses. I haven't been to class yet, but with everything online bc of covid, I feel confident that I will be able to perform everything I could possibly need to do with my Asus. The graphics are great too. When I play the Sims, it is better than even my desktop I used to have. I give this computer 4.8 stars. My only complaint is that the laptop heats up really quickly when I play my video game or when it is charging. The laptop works perfectly fine even though it is blowing the hot air though, so it is okay.

I logged onto BestBuy.com and started a chat with an agent. Told them what I needed a new PC for and they recommended the ASUS Q537. I love how powerful it is, SSD, storage, touch-screen, and that it can convert to a tablet. Thanks for a great buy - I purchased it during the tax-free weekend and also got a student deal on top, so I saved a lot of money on an already affordably-priced product.

Very fast and great for my large hands. Boot up is just a few seconds once properly configured. Feels high quality and looks the part. Touch screen is accurate as is the mouse pad. Overall very pleased but that’s what I expect from ASUS and why I continue to buy their products. I was also looking at the Lenovo T15 but this laptop beats it for the features and price.

The touchscreen is a really nice feature, even if I forget it exists half the time. The keys feel nice and so far it works well with all the games I play, which is what I got it for. I would recommend turning down the touch-pad sensitivity though. And occasionally the screen blinks black, but it lasts less than a second, so I'm not really sure what that is. Still, overall it's a good laptop and I'm enjoying it. I was worried about the back-lit keys not being bright enough from the pictures but that hasn't been a problem at all.

I’ve been a Mac person my entire life, but had grown dissatisfied with my last laptop. I saw this one on BB and wanted to splurge a little more than I was originally willing to spend. I’m so glad I did! The interface is beautiful, the touch screen and being able to flip it 360 and turn it into a tablet are added bonuses! I was confused because these specs were exclusive to Best Buy, but when I looked at my settings, it’s called the ASUS Zenbook Flip! Overall, I just love it - it’s great for a beginner gamer and a beginner at PC. Only issue I’ve had is the trackpad is a hurdle to get used to, as well as the number keypad on the right, but that’s more from me being a Mac person. Using a mouse is the way to go!

So I was continuing on my search to help my husband get a good laptop for his zoom meetings that he is conducting! Since we haven’t owned a laptop in forever this was going to take some time and some research. We had purchased a Dell laptop, with 4K an 16 GB, But we didn’t really like the mouse pads response, and the keyboard and the memory was only at 500. So we decided to upgrade and what a beautiful laptop this is! We loved everything about this computer the screen is beautiful and love the fact that it’s touchscreen great response great keyboard, easy to use and set up! The only drawback for us was the graphics card, not that this graphic card was bad in anyway it just wasn’t as powerful and updated as we wanted. And this laptop wasn’t very upgradable. When it comes to laptops you really do get what you pay for. So we decided to Return and upgrade, we loved the Asus laptops, but decided on a gaming laptop with a better graphic card. The funny part is we are not gamers at all.

I bought that computer because I had one that was really slow especially while using Photoshop. I needed something really fast to work on personal project as I'm a web developer and designer. I am greatly satisfied. When I turn it off a few seconds after I can log in and launch my apps. Really fast while using photoshop even if I have 2 browsers with several tabs opened in the background. It's also very fast for gaming but I mostly use it to work. The quality of image is wonderful. Pictures look so real. They're bright and realistic. I use it for my pictures I take with my DSLR camera. The good thing is that wirh 1To of SSD you can store a lot of files. I recommend it. One of the best on the market for sure.

Very lightweight. Love that it has the yoga flip. It has facial recognition to unlock the laptop and the SSD makes everything run fast. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fast laptop. I ultimately returned it for a gaming laptop. But I had no issues with this.

I love this laptop!!! It does everything I needed to do.. homework, projects, and arts. The storage and memory is excellent and the battery life lasts me the whole day!!! Love all the features this laptop comes with. Highly recommended.

I love the display and the flexibility from touchscreen tablet to laptop. Also, has to reconnect to the internet every I turn it on, but never slows and holds good storage and doesn't weaken due to cookies on various websites.

Great Laptop. 4K touchscreen Very Cool. Silent during use. Very Fast. Bought an Bamboo Ink Pen for a active stylus. Only 1 issue I have is that every USB A or C ethernet adapter will not provide gigabit speeds to this laptop. I would like that option as this laptop does not have an ethernet adaptor, but I knew that already. On the flipside, the wifi 6 connection gives me 1.2 Gbs connection so that rocks. Very nice overall.

I finally bought a new laptop after 8 years and I feel like this is a laptop that won't succumb and fail after a few years after a multitude of software updates. This laptop is equipped with an amazing processor, sufficient RAM, and a lot of storage. All in all, great laptop for work and school but note it's slightly heavy but the extra weight is due to the long-lasting battery powering a crystal clear display.

good build quality good specs. I use it for work and such and even do gaming on this it's amazing, the fan is a bit loud but thats expected to cool off the internals. Other than that i live this product

This is a replacement for an older model in the same product line. There are some keys on the number pad that have been moved around a little. Other wise, the screen is amazing, performance is excellent.

Wow, this computer has all the features and storage I was looking for a quite a savings over other comparable laptops on the market. This is my 2nd ASUS laptop and I'm quite a happy customer!

The 4K display makes reading Chinese characters and other tiny fonts much easier and enjoyable. The speed of CPU and SSD drive make updating Windows OS much quicker than my older laptop. I wish the CPU fan can be quieter and not making some weird sound when it is running. The key pad buttons are a little too small for me. Compared to other laptops at $1300 range, I still think this machine was my best choice at the time of my purchase.

The computer has run great. I have had it for two months and it has worked very well for what I have used it for. Will easily run minecraft with 50-70 frames. If you use optifine you can change settings to make it run even better. Can run AAA titles like modern warfare with 40 fps or better. You can change from performance mode to battery saver mode and in the middle is a balanced mode. If you are getting this for gaming you probably shouldn't get it and invest in a Desktop or a laptop specifically for gaming. overall great laptop for school because of the amount of storage.(1 terabyte+ 16gb of RAM)
